Since placing my order with the perfume shop, I cannot fault the delivery and communication service, I think when shopping online there is a risk and an anxiety of if you will receive your package and what condition it will be in.
However, communication was fantastic, I received an email every step of the travel progress, and was able to track my package via the courier service.
When I received my perfume, it was in perfect condition, i was also gifted two little tester perfumes which smelled divine.

Thankyou perfume shop for making my shopping experience a very positive one and filling me confidence and reassurance every step of the way.
I will most definitely use again.

I loved the service that was provided at Westwood The perfume shop branch, the atmosphere and environment was great, even the staffs was lovely. Sort to say Amanda i will be coming back to grab a few more scents.

we were made to feel very comfortable, wife chose a new perfume and I treated my self to sauvage by recommendation of one of the staff, worked out the best deal for us and we walked away happy and looking forward to wearing them , wife loves hers and im happy with mine

I had ordered 2 perfumes online with the perfume shop last week but although money was taken from my bank the order was cancelled - recieved money back in my bank today and popped in store to buy said perfume

Mentioned this to the 2 lovely ladies working there and they were brilliant not only did they sign me up for their loyalty card so I got 10% off what was already an excellent price, because of the poor service I received online they gave me and my partner some samples a lovely Estee lauder make up bag with 3 products in and a Khloe Kardashian eye mask, they were absolutely brilliant. I am so happy with the service I recieved and they turned a bad experience into an excellent one - these girls are an asset to the company and I will now only go into the Westwood cross branch for all my perfume needs

First time I've used shop and will be last time, placed order online to collect from my local store and when I arrived staff just looked at each other until a young lad went off, came back with box and just hands it to me, no bag or the pretty peony gift that was meant to come with purchase, I assume purchase receipt is online as none was given. The staff in this store are all very young Saturday staff and didn't seem to have a clue unfortunately or i'd have tried to sort the issue.

I went to my nearest branch to get my Thierry Mugler Angel perfume refilled but unfortunately they had fun out, but they arranged for a refill to be sent to me by post there and then and I received it two days later. Super service.
