Great customer experience
I just stopped by on Saturday, only to drop off and recycle so.e old perfume bottles and I also needed a new perfume, which I usually buy online Then I started to speak to the most amazing sales assistant, Leni, about perfumes, new launches, fragrances before and now, and it was the best shopping experience. You can tell Leni really knows about perfumes, and can definitely advise you and fragrances! Will defo come back!

Amazing service!!
I had such a lovely experience at This store today thanks to Natalie. She was friendly, patient and really knowledgeable about the different fragrances. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect perfume without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her customer service was excellent and she made the whole experience really enjoyable. Natalie is a real credit to the store and I’ll definitely be returning!

Leni the perfume shop superstar!!
Every time I come to the perfume shop on Powis street SE18, I am always greeted the warmest welcome by Leni.
She is a STAR. On several occasions Leni has looked after me and always lets me know of the deals and special sales and she is a credit to the company!
I always feel special when I come to this store and when I want my next cologne I will be coming back to see Leni at the perfume shop.
