The ladies staff that attend to me…
The ladies staff that attend to me today has no customer service at all. The 3 of them at the counter just customer waiting while they stood discussing with each other. First time experiencing such attitude at that same shop because I have been shopping with them before and I never experience such attitude.

A short black girl with glasses I think her name was Erica attended to me a while back and helped me browse for a high quality perfume.
She ended up recommending me the burberry hero which was for a lack of better words.
