I’ve been twice in the last month and both times the service was fantastic! The ladies who work there are always so lovely, chatty and helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember the first girls name who served me a few weeks ago, but I was served by Gail (apologies if I got it wrong) and she was fantastic, friendly and welcoming!

As always in the Workington store
As always in the Workington store, the staff (Claire on this occasion), was warm, welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that I had everything that I needed, taking the time to accommodate my fussy granddaughter. She made sure that my purchases were wrapped beautifully. And always Claire remained calm and polite. She made me feel like I was very special as a customer. She made time for us and was very knowledgeable in the perfumes that we were testing.

I popped into the Workington branch…
I popped into the Workington branch this morning for my usual perfume. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, Claire and Sue. When I mentioned that I really need to try a new perfume next time, they very helpfully went and got me a few samples of floral scents, the type of scent I said I liked. It’s lovely to have nice friendly smiling ladies serving you as it makes it a nice relaxed experience. Thanks ladies!
