The shop in Workington is fantastic, I was served by Sue and Gail and they are so welcoming very friendly and so polite, and extremely helpful, as are all the staff, the prices are great too, this is one of my favourite shops and I would highly recommend.

The friendly knowledgeable staff especially Julie took genuine interest in helping find the right fragrance after trying over a dozen ones in the shop. The discounts and freebies they applied were also noticeable.

I’ve been twice in the last month and both times the service was fantastic! The ladies who work there are always so lovely, chatty and helpful. As always in the Workington store
As always in the Workington store, the staff (Claire on this occasion), was warm, welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that I had everything that I needed, taking the time to accommodate my fussy granddaughter. She made sure that my purchases were wrapped beautifully. And always Claire remained calm and polite. She made me feel like I was very special as a customer. She made time for us and was very knowledgeable in the perfumes that we were testing.
