Hello Ricardo,
I am really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find that your order was still sent to your previous address after you had tried to update it.
To explain, our ordering process is automated, so once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent for processing using the delivery address that was confirmed at the point the order was submitted. Once the order has entered this stage, we are unable to manually amend or change the address, even if a request is made shortly afterwards. This is also in place as a security measure to help protect customer orders from unauthorised changes.
This is why, on this occasion, the parcel was sent to the previous address rather than the new address you had requested.
I completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent service from the Perfume shop York
We were on holiday in York and we wanted a perfume that none of the shops seem to have however the Perfume shop in the city centre, had some but the incorrect size to what we wanted but the the 2 girls serving us arranged for the correct size to be ordered to our home address and also managed to give us a small discount. They really went out of their way to help us, whereas no other shop even suggested it and it arrived within 3 days.
