I have bought an AI-Powered To-Do Planner and the file no longer exists. I have tried to reach out the customer service but they simply denied the refunding without further explanations. When I tried to write a review in the website, it just didn't show up for other customers. In the website they claim they are fom the USA, but their YouTube Channel is from Ireland. Totally fake, total scam!

The Personal Growth Co. never delivered the downloadable product despite multiple attempts by me to address the problem. When I finally requested a refund, they claimed that the refund was not eligible for a refund due to the amount of activity I had spent on the website trying to download the product. Honestly, it was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. What kind of company makes a $19.99 refund difficult? They must need the money more than me!

Sent link to download only to find out needed to download something else for it to work . Asked for a refund. 6 months later got an email saying it was ready and I had access . Once again asked for refund to be told no refund for digital items .

Potential scam. Paid for ADHD Calendar. Cannot download and Company not responding. Seeking money back through credit card company

Absolute disgrace and embarrassed that I was duped so easily. I should have checked this website first. Unable to get access to the ADHD planner either unable to access via link or logging in to the account only for it to insinuate I'm using the wrong email address. I have contacted them about 20 times over the past week and still had no response despite receiving several emails a day promoting other planners. Unfortunately I paid by debit card as well so I cannot even raise a dispute like with PayPal.

Bought their ADHD planner. They took my money and nothing arrived. The company completely ignored my emails asking for help but still rained down 12 promotional emails in 2 days containing offers and suggestions that I buy the product I’d already bought that they hadn’t delivered.

I should have known when the marketing blurb said the guy who designed this thing ran the most successful content management company in Ireland but the company turned out to be based in the USA.

I also should have known nothing was going to materialise when, having bought the thing via paypal and used the email attached to my paypal account, they told me I must use my facebook email to open an account with them or nothing would arrive. I did that by the way, but still nothing arrived.

It’s just the right amount of money that they know most people will chalk it up to experience and let them get away with it.

Don’t be a mug like I was. Save your money. I gave them a deadline of end of today to reply to my emails but haven’t heard a thing. As a result I’ve started a dispute with Paypal to get a refund that way, since I’m clearly not going to get anything from the personalgrowth.co themselves. I have also reported their advert to Facebook for the scam it is.

UPDATE: Facebook upheld their ad as the ad, itself conforms to FB guidelines, even if they don't actually send you the product.

PayPal resolved my dispute by refunding me the money, bless em. Feel like I dodged a bullet. I am still receiving several sales emails a day from personal growth but only just unsubscribed. 🤷🤦🏽

I was as informed that the product was malware when I tried to download it. I contacted the personal growth co and they said they would refund me but never have and do not answer emails any longer.

I was unable to download digital products. Upon contact at the number listed, no answer or vm available. I tried to contact support and never received a reply. They flood your email for product discounts at at least 3-4 per day. No reply when requested a refund. They will take your money and then you’re stuck!
