ThePinGurus is always very helpful! I had an image that was extremely low res and they worked with me to fix it. I can not thank enough this time around.

ThePinGurus was fast and easy to work with. We needed pins for a funeral this coming weekend and they got them here in time.

I ordered pins for my company, which arrived before our event date. Transaction went smooth, will order again.

We ordered bulk pins in September for 2 separate events we had in late October. They were scheduled to ship with plenty of time to receive them for end of October dates when we needed them. Neither order was received on time for either event and it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. No one answered our calls or emails for over a week. Turns out pins were made and shipped from China which is why they didn't arrive on time. Everyone at each event was disappointed. Now no one will respond regarding a refund or promised discount. We wouldn't use them again.

Very happy with ThePinGurus. I spent a lot of time looking online for the perfect vender for our lapel pins. A lot of the other websites I felt did not go the extra mile to help me out. ThePinGurus helped me with editing my design and even showed me what it would look like before I submitted the order. Will in customer service was personal and really great to work with,

Our Ministry had a need of a lapel pin for our staff & members so we uploaded our "Conveying Hands of Victory" logo for the pin. They responded within a couple of hours of my inquiry with what the pin would look like, and what the different costs of shipping would be on different days. Really easy to work with, and the pins look great.

The company staff handled our order immediately and not only was the finished product beautiful, it was delivered earlier than expected. We will order again from this company and so should you.
