Ordered pins for my company and never received them. At first, the person who contacted me (Ben) was very responsive. However, he became less and less responsive as time went by, and I should have noticed the red flags but I needed to reach my deadline so I ignored them. Purchased the pins and paid extra for faster shipping, but there were absolutely no updates after the order confirmation. After days of trying to email and call for an update (with no response), I decided to cancel my order. I still haven't received any response, and it's been weeks.

The Pin Zone is by far the best pin company that I have spoken to and purchased from. Someone was in touch with me the same day that I sent my inquiry in and I had a talented graphic designer creating the exact pin design that I wanted. Truly a great company and will purchase from them again.

Business Closed? We placed an order at the end of January to be delivered Feb.20,2020. It is Feb 21, 2020 and no pins Can not reach anyone by phone or email. All voice mail boxes are full. Paid for Pins we did not get.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical on associating with this company, due to it not having a lot of reviews. I'll save you the time and effort of finding an amazing pin company to do the job.

I ordered 50, hard enamel pins for $137.50, which apparently had no taxes or shipping additional! I'm an artist who decided to make pins inspired by a video game to sell them for my Anime + Fandom Club.

I was overjoyed when I received my pins today. The shipping was AMAZINGLY quick, considering it was coming from China and apparently free, taking about 3 or 4 days tops. Essentially, less than a week.

Before I received the pins, I was advertising them to my peers, who were hesitant on spending the usual amount of money for hard enamel pins (they weren't really "pin" or "fandom" people, per se), but the second I showed them off, they were delighted by the quality! I'm pretty sure they'll considering buying from me.

I saw no scratches or marks, and the colors were great! Of course, they had to alter my design a bit considering the size of the pin.

The only complaint I can give, however, is that some of the pins' backings are a little bit tilted or crooked, but it's not really noticeable.

Also, the person who helped me, Ben, was extremely patient and considerate with my school and me! Through a month-long process, and several, several pieces of paperwork between the three of us, we finally managed to manufacture the pins we needed! This just goes to show how accommodating they are!

Tl;dr: I'm a high school student/artist (in California) that runs an Anime/Fandom Club, ordered 50 hard enamel pins, the customer service slapped, the shipping was very fast, the price was great, and I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Ben was very attentive and helped me out all along the way. The pins turned out great!
