Lack of Customer Sevice
I purchased TF White Patchouli which was not that similar. I also bought 2 bottles and received one in the post with a note to say another one will be sent. Not received so have emailed twice with no response! Now going to credit card company to get a refund. Avoid!

Dissapointed!! I purchased this as supposed to be like…
I purchased this as supposed to be similar to TF White Patchouli and although a pleasant powdery fragrance, I find it is nothing like White Patchouli, (I still have some of actual, I am able to compare to) so not just from memory.
Didn't expect it to be as longlasting but the same initial fragrance not even there.
Disappointed in the product but the
customer service and delivery times are very good.

Bad news!!!
Well after my first review of this company I have since tried to contact them via their email regarding a refund and I have had NO response at all I have sent 3 emails , now I’m am furious and left with 2 bottles of shit perfume.
Will never purchase again !!!

Bullshit company!!!! My order didn’t arrived, i have 3 days since i am trying to contact them to sort this out but seems like they don’t care. Evri, another bullshit company they are sending the parcels already confirmed that the driver wasn’t in right address when deliver the parcel but they don’t sort this out. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Would not recommend
A very expensive air freshener, although the scent is very pleasant the freshener dries out quickly (only lasts a day in hot weather) so needs constant attention.

I returned a fragrance promptly unopened and in original packaging as I had been given a gift of the original.
I have sent five emails requesting a refund, all of which have gone unanswered which is incredibly poor and frustrating as I have nothing to show for the money I
