Good idea, poor follow through
Easy to order, good range but it asked me to choose a delivery date but then it actually got received a week after this date. Not sure I’d use again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your order was placed and dispatched on a Friday and we would’ve anticipated delivery on the Monday. I have just looked up your order and I am sorry that it didn’t arrive until the Wednesday. This is unacceptable for us also.
Delays of this nature are rare, thankfully - I am sorry that our third party courier company have let the team down in this instance.
I will pop a refund of the delivery fee through now.

Packaged with love, thoughtfulness and care
My daughter loved this gift box, enjoying all the special treats that were packaged so beautifully and thoughtfully. She died a week later and this was the last gift I gave her which made it extra special. It was a reminder to just spread love and kindness now and not to wait for special occasions. Thank you for all the love and care you put into these gift boxes. I will treasure what is left of it forever.

Fantastic customer service!
I received prompt, helpful and friendly customer service when I accidentally used the wrong delivery address. It was fixed up for me minutes after placing the order, even when it was after hours! Very much appreciated.
