I didn’t like the time it took to receive my order,but that could have been partly my fault,due to my sending wrong type of proofs.Communication between ourselves was good, but experience was marred by the long waiting time.

Left glowing report on purchasing on here. But needed some important figures today with this being on time I had this week. Waited by the phone 3 hours, which was the service offered earlier this year. I asked for a manger to be contacted and still no phone call. Very sad customer service had dropped. Did speak to a lovely lady that answered the phone but clearly was unable to get anyone to respond to her communication requests. Looking now to withdraw / changing my initial feedback on here.
Update finally got sorted later that day but shouldnt need that much effort for enquiries, lessons should be learnt

I'm writing this review as I previously wrote a bad review but turns out that I was completely wrong and worked myself up into a panic, I have been assured that my initial investment of £15k has no yielded a £2k profit (buying in 2021) and I can assure anyone reading this that I was wrong to slander this company and now barnaby has explained everything to me I couldn't be happier and am thinking about buying more gold from this company. Barnaby was very good at explaining everything. I wanted to put my private pension into gold and he helped set all that up. Hopefully i am now long term protected with gold bars rather than with my previous pension company investing my money in stock market.
