Some quirks and kinks but it works pretty well.

TheraNest is a tremendously useful tool when it works. I am very pleased with it's scheduling and record-keeping functions. And most of the time online meetings run smoothly on Theranest. However, periodically there is no audio or the video freezes.

TheraNest provides the best support. They are always there to help clarify or solve issues. I value the support.

Overall, very good. However, navigating anything with TheraNest's partners, Apex and Change Healthcare, needed in order to set up claim submission through Theranest, was a 6-month nightmare.

Theranest is continually working to provide a better experience.

Most things go well. I think however there is a glitch with the server for video sessions. There was a few weeks where people are in the waiting room but it doesn't connect at all and I have to use other servers. Sometimes it will say we are connected and we can't see each other.

There are problems with Wiley Treatment Plans in that some diagnoses are very limited when it comes to population such as PTSD, Chronic. I have experienced episodes of losing audio during a session to the point that I have clients I routinely see on Doxyme instead of the service I pay for with Theranest.

Theranest has been easy to use and has consistently made good upgrades while I've used the software.

Logging into Theranest is quick and easy. I love having the treatment plan on the page when I'm writing progress notes.
The calendar is very helpful when referring back to the days activities.
Being able to save and submit notes is readily available and the note can still be edited if need be.

Very easy to use. Have used multiple different EMRs for a myriad of reasons and this is by far the easiest.

Theranest has great features and everything you would want to make client documentation a breeze.

It does not have a place to make a note of client medication. Also the organization of General Documents tab, Clinical Documents, Notes and Clinical Documents takes a bit to get used to. That is why it is not a 5.

The convenience of the platform. Ready made forms like progress notes, Tx plans. Very well designed for efficiency:-). TY.

I really like how everything is in one place with Theranest.

The reason it is not a 5 star is because I wish when choosing the screenshare option it would allow the sharing of also the audio of the screen being shared. I have had challenges with completing usual tasks by not having the sound sharing option available.

Theranest continues to improve its system
