Paul was so helpful - I saw a review here & called him. My 89 year old Dad's recliner suddenly stopped working in a reclined position - he needed it badly. Paul went to his house as soon as I contacted him, fixed it and saved my Dad a load of money by repairing rather than replacing parts. Much appreciated

(It looks like I'm in the US but I'm in Kildare! I was using a VPN when I hit 'submit' on the review) I contacted Paul because I wanted a recliner to sleep in after surgery and surgery was the following week so I couldn't wait for one to be ordered. He was beyond helpful. I went to the Bray showroom and tried a few chairs which were all very comfortable. I wasn't willing to spend a huge amount so Paul didn't push me into the more expensive ones which I really appreciated. He had 2 chairs in stock that were absolutely perfect and at an excellent price. I've slept in one of them for the past week and I'm very grateful to him!

Had my new chair installed recently and I am delighted with the design and quality. The chair is comfortable and Paul knew exactly what it was I was looking for and needed! Paul provided a brilliant service, including delivering the chair on the same day. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much Paul for putting a remote control onto my aunt's electric recliner today .
