The correspondence was fantastic and the lady shipped the items I needed within 24hrs. Service is 5star

I was waiting for weeks for the order…
I was waiting for weeks for the order to be delivered, when I paid first clsss delivery. There was no communication to say the order was out of stock. Itwas only when I emailed the order got processed. In fairness a full refund was issued very quickly.

Ordered a base layer and I have…
Ordered a base layer and I have received some cards and write on card stickers.
I emailed the company about the mix up but their response appeared to be only about the review that I left. They said they would send the item out 24hr delivery with a returns label to send the incorrect items back. Received a tracking number from Royal Mail and it has not been sent 24hr delivery. Poor service.
