I received a Reff Matt official badge …and instructions …never worked …peel off back place on and cover with towel 130oC heat from iron leave 10secs let cool And remove front cover ……well no front cover it was a Reff match official rubber badge …cost £5 ..to send back s@me so it’s in the bin

Took 2 weeks to send the items when i paid for 48hr tracked, no communication until i messaged them was then told it would be sent last monday and they only sent it this monday

I wanted to exchange for a different size and I understand that a badge had been put on but someone would have wanted it sooner or later
Very disappointing

I placed an order with Ref Stop on 27th June to the value of £163, and as of 20th July I am still waiting for it to arrive.

What has been most disappointing is not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication. I have sent several emails, left messages, and attempted to call the mobile number on numerous occasions, yet I have received no response whatsoever. As a customer, it is incredibly frustrating to be left with no update or explanation regarding an order of this value.

I am also a member of the Worcestershire FA and had expected to receive some form of member discount, but none was available. While this is not the main reason for my review, it added to an already disappointing overall experience.

Having used A&H previously, the difference in customer service and order fulfilment is significant. Their ordering process is far more efficient, communication is excellent, and customers are kept informed throughout. Unfortunately, my experience with Ref Stop has been the complete opposite.

I appreciate that delays can happen, but failing to acknowledge customer enquiries or provide any update is simply not acceptable. I sincerely hope Ref Stop improves its customer service and communication, as based on my experience I cannot recommend them.

Received next day and all order as requested.

There was a slight delay on my order as there was a stock shortage (which wasn't mentioned at the point of sale) which meant I had to wait about three more days than expected but not a major deal. One of the Nike socks also developed a hole before even wearing them which I guess must just be the poor quality of material Nike use for the socks.

I ordered a Nike shirt for warm-ups with county badge on & it was ready and posted within 90 minutes of ordering. It arrived to me within 19 hours of ordering, great service!
