Tanya in the office was superb. I ordered the incorrect size, then changed the order. In the end had to cancel. I was then charged a 25% YES 25% handling fee as a cancellation which is appalling. Happy to cover theri postage costs but never come across this before. Would use someone else going forward

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the handling charge. Our returns policy allows goods to be returned within 14 days of purchase. In this case, the request to exchange for a different size was made approximately six weeks after the original order. Nevertheless, we authorised the exchange as a gesture of goodwill.
As advised at the time, no handling charge would have applied had a replacement item been ordered. However, when the exchange was subsequently cancelled and a refund requested instead, the standard handling charge was applied in accordance with our returns policy.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist.
Communication good, unfortunately not for us
I contacted Rodin for support as we had one of their products installed at home. They responded pretty quickly but the advice was generalised. We followed the advice and purchased further products but unfortunately this has not fixed the problem and we will be looking to replace the Rodin product with an alternative.

The shower valve in question was discontinued over 10 years ago, and without inspecting the valve on site, any advice we can provide is necessarily based on the information available. While servicing the valve or replacing worn components may resolve some issues, it is also possible that the valve has simply reached the end of its service life, particularly if routine maintenance has not been carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
We are sorry that the products purchased did not resolve the issue and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
