It was good to see Mark again doing the annual service of my Heat Pump system. I have no relevant expertise in Heat Pump systems. But I trust that Mark did do an excellent job.
Once again excellent service from this company, plus i am learning new things each time on how to improve the system and efficiency. Very happy so far.

Good communication and flexibility…
Good communication and flexibility shown with installation having to work around renovations.
Just had an annual service and that went well. Engineer pointed out to me that there was no inhibitor in the heating system as I'd had some earlier radiator work, he rectified that, despite it probably not being part of the job.

EPC. Has been extremely professional in the design and implementation of their design. We were impressed with the preinstallation information provided for our solar panels, batteries and Heatsource equipment. Clear information which was easy for the contractor to follow, which made installation and commissioning extremely easy and successful.

Excellent service
EPC have serviced my air source heat pump annually since its installation four years ago. They do a very thorough and professional job, talking me through every aspect of the work, explaining the importance of each step. It's very reassuring and I can't recommend the company enough - an excellent example to the industry!
