Great service, varying quality
The service is great and I like th products. The sizing is confusing so go to a store to try. My last purchase the quality was disappointing as after 2 washes there are many cotton threads unravelling. Hasn’t happened before but given its a work shirt, it doesn’t look as sharp and professional as I would have hoped, especially for the price point

Had a great experience at the Shirt Bar store in Suntec.
The staff 'Yan' was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations on styling and paring that really suited my needs. What stood out was how he tailored his advice based on the specific occasion I required the outfit (wedding/pre-wedding).
He also went the extra mile by sharing tips on presentation and basic etiquette, which I found genuinely helpful. Overall, a very professional and personalised experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to elevate their style with confidence.

Poor Delivery Service
The delivery co. left the package on the front gate without even ringing the door bell nor notifying me. My purchase may get damage from the rain or stolen.

We work with a third-party courier for last-mile delivery, and leaving a parcel unattended without ringing the doorbell or notifying the recipient is not aligned with our expectations. While the delivery process itself is managed by the courier and is not within our direct control, we have highlighted this requirement to them on multiple occasions.
