Everything about the process of having my shutters installed was stress-free right from the start. Communication was fantastic, and every member of staff I spoke to was efficient and friendly. I purchased shutters from The Shutter Studio 13 years ago. I have been impressed with the blinds, notably the look and the quality. Unfortunately, I broke two of the blinds and wanted them fixed. After contacting The Shutter Studio and speaking with Jon, I found the service prompt and polite. A team member was sent to fix the issue within a week, and the issue was fixed swiftly. I highly recommend the product and the service at The Shutter Studio.

Absolutely fantastic company, first of all we had our French doors shuttered and Mark did a fantastic job, extremely professional job and I honestly couldn’t fault the job so we went on to have the whole house done a few months later, again Mark did a great job. Great from start to finish, sales person was very engaging and measuring up was thorough and took a while. Customer service and communication excellent. Fitter was careful to cover the floor bringing in the shutters and tools as it was raining. Nice friendly service. Fitted perfectly and that time to measure up properly means the plantation shutters fitted perfectly. No mess left. Would recommend, great company to deal with. They look amazing!
