My top was very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture on website, I have returned it but awaiting refund which I’m concerned I won’t get, I tried emailing to fill in their return online , it doesn’t work! Have tried FB messenger they don’t reply either, don’t order from this company, wish I had read the reviews first!

I never write reviews but I feel this company sucks. About a year ago I ordered a pair of blue jeans. I literally took them out of the package and a button fell off. Fast forward, I recently purchased a dress from them. It’s OKAY but absolutely not worth their prices. Unlined, thin fabric. I hope they go out of business! What a scam!

Ordered about a month ago. If I hadnt asked where my order is, they wouldnt even have noticed it had been lost by chrono post. Many mail to customer support stayed unanswered. Then finally I got a reply and after days and days of daily asking I finally got the info it had been found. Now it is somewhere being held until I pay taxes, bit I dont get any information about how much I have to pay and to whom at all. I am deeply disappointed and sad and will never ever order again. It was an order around 500€. That is so much money… I am sitting here crying because I am a single raising mom who just threw out that much money for nothing.

Love the oversize overalls and the jacket with the front pocket it pulls on and off so easily and the material is so pliable. And very warm and soft and light. Top quality well worth the money and it’s unisex so my granddaughter can wear it when she’s big enough. So happy so grateful thank you grandma I was want the best for my grandchildren.

I bought a pair of fleece track pants which reflected what they say about quality and durability. However my next purchases were sadly not the case. 1 began unravelling after the first week. This was handled by amazing customer service. My child then wore for the first time an item of clothing from the order and after just one wear it is tearing down the seam. My hopes for the rest of this so called durable clothing are fading. The clothes bought for my child were from the archive which are non refundable. Extremely disappointed. I have since found more reviews describing the same thing. Was really excited about this brand but am not anymore.

The Simple Folk company has an absolutely stunning range of clothes, super high quality, and beautifully designed. My 5 year old daughter has a jumper, skirt, top and socks and it washes so, so well after a fun day in the park. One as delighted to see they have expanded their range to women’s wear. I purchased the chunky jumper, terry top and the ribbed top. All are of such high quality and feel like a massive hug whilst being worn.

I recently placed my first order with The Simple Folk (the Women's Wide Leg Fleece Trousers) and was really impressed with the design, cut and feel of the clothes. (Even my boyfriend noted how nice he thought they were) Unfortunately, because the fit wasn't quite right, I asked about a return in exchange for a different size and was immediately issued a return label and sent an exchange item (something that a lot of big chains don't manage to do this quickly and efficiently). Having done my research on sustainable, fair clothing lines in and outside the UK I can say that their price/value ratio is the best I've found so far. Really great to see that ethical clothing can be fashionable and affordable. I really hope they design more Women's clothes, will definitely keep coming back!

If you're looking for high quality and ethically made children's clothing then look no further. Each piece is beautifully designed and has held up so well, even with rough play. The price reflects the high standards they have with using sustainable fabrics and paying their employees a fair wage. Although they have gifted me clothes in the past I'm under no obligation to review it. I almost never write reviews, but I think very highly of the brand and its owners.
