Not clear this was a ebook you have to scroll right to the bottom it should be in the title. I also have had better freebies for the price. not worth the money.

I had brought similar types of products from other sellers and always felt they were overpriced for how much information you recieve. TSBH was a breath of fresh air, instead of just telling you what you need to do Olivia very clearly walks you through each piece of advice complete with examples. You cannot get it wrong. Love and appreciate her products

Doesn’t respond to emails, cancels events with zero notice and DOESN’T REFUND.

I purchased a quarterly membership and then canceled 5 days later. I received an email saying no future payments would be made, so figured since it was a quarterly membership I would still have access for 3 months. Nope. They cut off my access immediately, but have no refund. I reached out for assistance, first via chat which said I would receive a response in 24 hours and nothing. Then I submitted an email and it took weeks to finally get the account activated. I then sent an email asking for a partial refund since I was unable to access my account for over a month and crickets. Horrible customer service.
**Update- received the reply from the company to email with my information. I did on 5/2/23. On 5/11/23 I got an email apologizing because my email went to her junk box and asking for additional information. I sent the information (on 5/11/23) and immediately got a reply back saying she only responds to emails on Mondays. I sent a follow-up email on 5/30/23, got the same auto email about Mondays. As of today, 6/7/23, I have not gotten any response regarding a refund for the time I was unable to use my account.

UPDATE: Thank you for swiftly addressing my concern and sending me the product.
I really didn’t want to leave this review but I’m super frustrated. I ordered the 2x £10 combo of classes and never got my product. I tried to follow up via email, comments and DMs on Instagram and no response. It’s not cool to take people’s money and not give them a product.

Enjoyed my product when I eventually received it, I purchased a download but it didn't get to me for 3 days and that's after I contacted admin for help. They then sent it to me via a PDF link as the video itself wasn't working. As annoying as this is, I will still purchase again in the future as the information was very helpful.

Great products, very easy to follow and keeps you motivated to carry on with all the tasks that you are given throughout the books

I love getting new ways of thinking about things when I purchase things from Olivia, things I don’t think about myself

Olivia knows what she is talking about, her masterclasses and ebooks are easy to understand and very effective. I also love how she is willing to learn new things, do research and goes above and beyond to create products that are actually factual, practical and useful.

I love all the masterclasses I've gotten from TSBH! Each topic is broken down into easy to understand pieces and really gives you the motivation and confidence to apply it to your personal business. Not only that, but everything is affordable which is huge when you're just starting out as a small business. Thank you Olivia and the team at TSBH, you have a customer and fan for life!

I’ve known about TSBH for over a year now, and I found them at the perfect time. I’m an artist making functional art and had a hard time running my business because I didn’t know what to do, but Olivia’s work really helped me figure out what I wanted to do.

I have supported and purchased from TSBH since around November 2021. The business has grown so much since then and not for the better.

Masterclasses
I have purchased a number of these. I always found them a little hit-and-miss. Some of them I had already found all the info for free on Google, but I figured maybe they are more aimed at people with zero knowledge. I then bought a bigger masterclass (I think it was called the full-time CEO, but I can't find it anywhere on Instagram now) & it was the biggest disappointment. It was disorganised & confusing and just looked thrown together.

Planners
I ordered a few of these when they sold physical products and it would take 4-8 weeks to arrive, when they did arrive they would be full of errors, misprinted & not what I ordered. I get it, mistakes happen and suppliers can let you down but this was consistently bad.

Coaching
This got moved, pushed, excuses were made, and I got offered other things as an apology but I honestly just wanted what I paid for

I think Olivia is intelligent, motivated, enthusiastic, and absolutely has something to teach others. However, everything feels rushed (I wanted to join the Growthpreneur membership but I saw all the issues going down at the start, no idea if it all got sorted), she seems to experiment with lots of different ideas & some are never heard of again (boss b!tches tour, the small biz profit fund, the department store, podcasts, product supplies, the service business handbook, social success membership??) Now today I see another brand/Instagram account has been launched! I respect it can be difficult when you have lots of ideas and want to test them all out, but it just results in everything becoming substandard.

There have been competitions and giveaways where winners are never announced (one of which my friend won and never received anything & all emails got ignored).

Basically, everything now feels a little messy and it's sadly tainted the brand for me. I probably have spent a few hundred ££ on TSBH which is a lot of money for me. They are very good at tapping into the problems of business owners and offering all these great solutions, but I have sadly come to the conclusion they don't care about solving your problems they just want your money.

One of the best places to shop as a small business owner. Olivia provides literally everything you'd ever need to understand how to properly run a business. I can honestly say I've noticed a huge difference in my sales and website sessions since using the masterclasses. Would 100% recommend any of her products, they're all completely unique and have outstanding results.

I have bought a few things now and I have loved everything. It’s all very helpful and insightful.

I’m a little surprised that the consistent sales pdf is originally priced at over $30 because it’s not worth that much. Its worth the clearance price I paid which is 9.99

Didn’t learn anything new and was hoping for something that would really help me sell my e-cookbook. Maybe I bought the wrong thing. Not sure. But this wasn’t helpful in showing me what to do and how to do it and what wording to use, etc.
