The most toxic membership I’ve ever come across. Olivia (owner) encourages bullying towards anyone who has an issue with her poor service. Emails are ignored, comments are ignored and never Olivia’s fault for anything. She gaslights her customers. Produces basic ebooks, which a lot are copied material from another membership. She bangs on she takes no money from the business blah blah, but spends more time on social media boasting designer gear than she does helping people. She supposedly teaches people how to run a business, which is ironic when she has no clue herself.

She plays the victim when people leave negative feedback, instead of taking it onboard and fixing the issue.

And dont even get started on her scam competitions and challenges. Winners are never announced, unless chased, and those that are have come forward to say they never got the prize.

Negative reviews are deleted from her website. And she will block you on social media.

Omg what a company this is. At the beginning of my journey with Olivia I couldn't fault her but after a while cracks started to show. She changes her mind and direction every 5 minutes. I paid for her growthprenuer membership at the beginning it was amazing then as she started more and more memberships it started to slacken off. Thing we were promised stopped and appeared on the other memberbrships instead. Alot of her resources are actually copied from someone else membership. She doesn't even bother hiding it on some resources. If you brought from her website physical products took months to arrive. Links were not emailed she even has some resources in another language as she didn't bother xhanging itwhen she copied it. She does have a Facebook support group which she is hardly ever in but don't dream of saying anything negative ( that's their favourite word in the group) because you get removed and your membership cancelled. Then she goes onto slate you to other members. She deletes bad reviews and comments from all her social media account a paint the picture of a perfect company. Totally unprofessional and not a good role model

In response to your response Olivia. I did not post any malicious comments about you at all. I have asked you what comments I made were malicious you have chosen to ignore that. Yes you did refund me. Something I didn't ask for but not all the months i paid for like you claimed. I was with growthprenuers since the say it started and was refunded 6 months so not all months were refunded. You have however proceeded to take the monthly payment you are not entitled todespite you cancelling my membership and emailing me to tell me everything had been cancelled. I have emailed twice about this but you have ignored those emails.
Please refund me and please provide me the malicious comments I made

I am utterly disappointed in this store. It is sold to small businesses as a support hub with an array of support materials. A brilliant membership that if we want to be as rich and successful as the owner then we should join. I joined, since then the membership has changed and is a downright shambles. Customer service is dreadful, people rarely see their orders completed. Reviews on the fb page are deleted if they are deemed negative so this is the only place a genuine review can be left. Olivia is only present in social media reels showing off the expensive gifts she has got for herself because she’s got a 6figure business, rather than producing the content promised to subscribers. Have a look at Evelyn Weiss on insta and tell me Olivia hasn’t copied the majority of her Secret Weapon PLR membership materials. Basically we were sold a dream that turned out to be a scam. Her Facebook support group is a sham too, god forbid you ask a question in there that isn’t blowing fire up Olivia’s backside, you’ll get harassed, bullied and blocked. Yet if you get bullied by one of Olivia’s fans - yes it happens - then nothing is done about it. An appalling way to run a business. All I have learnt is how to not run a business

In around March of 2022, I paid for a 1:1 month worth of coaching. As the date approached (in May), I was told there would be a delay and it has to be moved back. Then over the course of the next couple of months, I got emails stating reasons why it can’t happen, and offering me free access to their catalogue of advice and tips as compensation. Of course this was welcomed, but it’s not what I paid for.

I waited until July 2022, and still nothing but a promise of that the coaching would happen. I decided to request a refund, which took one day to complete.

I have followed the business for a while on Instagram and when initially starting my business I was really excited to use all the tips, workbooks, coaching etc.
However as time has gone on, I have become more and more disillusioned.
Firstly the workbooks are not written and edited correctly. They have plenty of mistakes and the writing is so big, it makes it seem like you're getting a lot for your money when in reality the book would be half the size if the font was a normal size.
Additionally the info included is really generic. Olivia has built 2 successful businesses but hasn't had to really fight for every order. She literally says she got orders in her first week, which is great, but doesn't show me that she knows how to grow and drive sales from nothing. Getting your first orders on Etsy is completely down to luck. I'd like to hear from someone who didn't get sales for weeks, and I'd like to hear about the methods that got the first little trickle of sales and grew that to more.
Secondly, I had booked to go to one of the 'Business B****** Only' events. A couple of weeks before it was due to happen, I still had no details of the location, timings etc. so I emailed. And was told: it's been postponed due to Olivia going to court for a break in. You should have got an email, check your spam'.
Customer service was very lacking, I had to go back a few times just to get the basic info out of them. Then I got a message from another small business who was booked for the same event - they hadn't got any info either and had been waiting for days for a reply. So I don't even believe that an email was sent out to let people know. I was very disappointed with everything so asked for a refund, and still am yet to receive it.
I definitely agree with the other reviews here, the business only cares about getting new customers, not looking after the ones they have. And the business has grown too fast and is clearly lacking the experience and professionalism that will be required to last in the long run.

This company claim to be a 7 figure company and claim to have golden values but really their words are cheap.

There is so much a could write about the dreadful and lack of customer services and it's problematic owner(s) but I'll aim to keep it brief.

You order products that take 4-6 weeks to arrive. You have to chase them, and they reply with blanket replies promising you it's on its way and sometimes lies about it being stuck in Royal Mail strikes when actually the real reason was they hadn't even posted it yet.

One particular order was a 'limited edition' box (sort of like a lucky dip' but filled with left over, discontinued stock (candles, t-shirts, journals, books, notepads sticker etc) thats were pre made and 'ready to go.'
This too, took over a month to by posted (while it was constantly blamed on external situations when really it hadn't been shipped) when it finally did arrive, it was not what I had ordered (4 sets of poly gift bags, sticker sheet and a bent notepad in an envelope - not at all what was advertise or that I had seen of other peoples who had ordered the same thing) it was also actually 2 items short.

I requested an explanation and refund. I got an apology and part refund as they kept back the tax and shipping and after I emailed again, I finally got the full amount.

All the while, I was also part of the membership where what was promised on the initial joining of the sale, so slow. The owner then decided to change the membership and add some of her digital masterclasses, which was nice but most people (myself included) had already purchased these separately and therefore I was now paying for some things twice in effect.

Whilst in the community group (hosted on Facebook) I have seen the business sell 'coaching' and 'live events/ tour.'
Yet the tour had been cancelled and an email sent out the night before after people had booked transport and hotels to be there, there was a backlog of 1-2-1 coaching sessions sold and not for filled (people we're booked in and taking time off work to have these calls where they would be canceled 5 minutes before, 10 minutes into the call or where the owner didn't even show up.
More group coaching was sold (despite people still waiting for rescheduled 1-2-1 since March!) only for them too to be cancelled last minute. One cancelled as 'the car broke down' and they couldn't get to the office for zoom call (which you could still do from home) and then they managed to get in the next day to record a podcast. The other group coaching cancelled 3 days after, with no reason given.

If all of this wasn't enough, as a group, we posted our grievance, feedback and concerns. It took over 17 hours for a reply and then the next days the post (with everyones comments) were deleted, along with their apology / response.

If you're going to buy a digital product, this company is pretty good and the masterclass I can not fault.
However, if you buy a physical product, coaching or invest any of your time or emotions into this company I'm afraid there is a large chance you'll end up disappointed and fed up.

The worst company to deal with.
Ordered weeks ago and items still haven’t arrived but still taking orders from others, so many other people with orders not sent from 5-6 weeks ago.
Every week saying orders will be sent out and nothing arrives.
Scam of a company!
