I wanted to try the Fanta white peach…
I wanted to try the Fanta white peach and luckily I found it here at the snack chest. The prices were very reasonable as well as the p&p. I ended up ordering a few more bits alongside the Fanta. The products were in great condition and tasted amazing. Really happy with the service I received from The snack chest, Dan was very friendly and very helpful - my parcel got delayed as there was an issue with the courier service, they unfortunately ended up losing one of the items ordered and my parcel had to be repacked by them but Dan refunded me the amount for the lost item. The dispatch time from ordering was quick, the only let down was the courier service but sometimes these things do happen unfortunately. All in all great service and really happy with my items. 🙂

Disappointing delivery
The items were fine but after paying £6.99 for Express delivery and a next day delivery date, I was less than impressed to wait 4 days for the items and on enquiring about a refund, received no communication at the time. It is a shame as reading the reply here, it seems it was the courier who was at fault.

Hello Caroline. Firstly I would like to say that I dispatched your item within 2 hours of you placing the order, I sent this on a next day delivery. I am sorry that the courrier let you down, as on our delivery information page next day is not guaranteed. However this was out of my control so I feel like a 1 star review is a bit unfair.
As a goodwill gesture, I have refunded the difference between standard delivery and next day delivery for you. However this is stated in delivery information we will not refund this.
I am trying my best, however I can’t be responsible for third parties.

DOESNT RESPOND TO EMAILS
I ordered 12/12/22; this included a bottle of biscoff topping which was delivered damaged. The bottle had split and leaked over the other items and had started to mould. I tried to save what I could but wasn’t much. I’ve emailed 4 times over the last 4 weeks and I haven’t received a response. Avoid. The customer service is seriously lacking or they’re not checking their emails.

Avoid!!! Incompetent seller!!
I ordered some products, they were delayed and were 'delivered' by the worst company in the UK, Evri. The boxes were left on the path and stolen within an hour. Now the company are ignoring my emails and refusing to reply/refund. Avoid!!!!

I tried everything I could to resolve this for you, but I can’t be responsible for someone stealing your package from your house left by a third party carrier.

Everytime the evri attempts and then takes the parcel with them. Why dont they leave at the door. They come 8 am and then take back the parcel. My last order has not been delivered yet.
