This is by far the best store I have purchased candy from. Ordering was very easy and there was a great variety of sweets. The prices were very reasonable. My package arrived very quickly and was packaged so nicely. You could tell great care had been taken to pack my order. I would definitely recommend The Snack Chest. 5 stars for a brilliant seller and I’m looking forward to ordering again. Keep up the good work!

A reminder to all businesses out there if you choose to use Evri/Hermes you're going to annoy your customers

My order arrived quite quickly, I wasn't happy with the packaging. After noticing 1 of my items was missing I emailed the company, it's been 6 days and I've still had no reply. After reading reviews on trustpilot I noticed 2 of my items were out of date, I emailed the company to inform them of this and have still had no response!

Easy to order and even though the delivery was delayed due to things out of the sellers hand they still refunded my next day delivery even though they didn’t have to. Much appreciated

Purchased for 23 quid only to recieved everything expired
I think possibly getting rid of all there old stock
Would not recommend at all
Use american fizz instead
Tried to complain but was ignored
Instead was not even sent a response
I think the mystery box the mystery being that it is expired should be made clear not conning us in this way
Hope there happy with the money because its the last time I will buy from them

Every single item was out of date. Some from the year 2021. Gave them a try and not even consumable, tasting stale. Ordered the mysetery box. Order placed on 30/11/2022. Would not recommend. This was a surprise gift and was very disappointed. Waste of money. Read previous reviews and others had the same experience!!! But Apparently someone took over the company at the start of November and resolved these issues but clearly not. Absolutely shocking!!!

service was fast as usual, ordered the end of year £50 box for £20, also this was an end of line/close or past the best before date items so was expecting a buldging box but this wasn't the case! no way was there £50 even at full RRP! on the upside there was a good variety.

Great food, and was able to pick up quickly. Got loads of family that like Japanese food so it’s nice for gifts too!

Ordered on Thursday arrived Saturday only within 2 days of ordering I received my order. Fast service and only paid for standard delivery.

The product itself (12 can pack of Fanta) was fine but I wasn’t happy with how it was sent. It was bought as a gift for my son but the packaging had been opened and 2 cans removed so it could be squashed smaller to fit in a cardboard box. The 2 cans were placed in the box separately. I’ve had to put them back in and tape the box up but it looks tatty :(
