It never arrived fraud company

recently purchased an order from you, some snacks for my boyfriend. However I have had a few issues with my order.

Firstly, the takis. My boyfriend was so excited to try these, hence why I bought them for him. He ate them perfectly fine, however a few hours later he was incredibly sick overnight vomitting and ended up having to seek medical attention from 111 due to his sickness. Now I do not want to point blame; but my boyfriend had eaten normal, dry plain foods such as soup, toast and pasta up until consuming these crisps.

It also should be noted the cheetos within this package, were also tried. The cheetos were stale. I myself tried one also and it was very obvious that these crisps had gone off and had to be disposed of.

I know this may not be directly your fault, and I sympathise sometimes that some items in production can be faulty and that is not in any shape or form meaning the blame should be pointed at yourselves. However it was incredibly scary to see my boyfriend in such a sick way due to these crisps. It was also a shame because he was so excited to try these goodies and myself wnd him have been let down throughly.

I would really like something to be done about this because it is not right

Opted for pick up for my order. Available quickly after order, lovely helpful staff too! Will order again.

If I could rate lower I would. I’ve possibly had the worst experience ever with these. Ordered on the 1st November and paid for next day delivery. It is now the 11th of November and no product. I’ve also tried contacting them on several different occasions and no response at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Scam business.

Crisp were great, fairly quick delivery 3 days....way over priced for the size of the bags plus delivery so works out a dear do for what you actually get...iv found another supplier for much cheaper and larger bags

Very fast delivery and it’s packed well so nothing can set damaged and I just love my crisps from there.

Ordered twice now, both times have came next day which I paid for, everything was wrapped up in bubble wrap to keep the products in good condition. Recieved everything I ordered apart from one thing, which they refunded instantly. Perfect service, will definitely keep coming back in the future as I had problems with another company similar to yours 🙄 No problems with yourselves, Thanks guys!
