I’ve used the solar centre on a number of occasions, they always send lights quickly, the lights are really good, and when I had a problem they were really good to rectify it.
Thank you for a great efficient service.
My problem was sorted out by Ella, who was really helpful, efficient and friendly.

I have bought many lights over the years and all have been excellent, I have just had a issue with a light bought last year, I emailed customer services and Ella got back to me very promptly, after providing proof of the issue she has arranged for a replacement fitting to be sent to me, Great products and excellent customer service

We had a problem with our lights which,Ella, in customer services helped us resolve. Speedy replies to emails and I’m sure once the lights are functioning we will be very happy with them. We’ve had solar centre products before anc have always been very pleased with them.

Had a problem with my order and it was swiftly sorted by a staff member called Ella. It’s just reassuring to know you get proper customer service and communication straight away. You get treated like a valued customer. So aswell as having the best solar lights they have the best customer service.

We’ve purchased a few items from the Solar Centre now and have been really pleased with the products and the service. When we did experience a problem with one light recently, Ella and Nicole in the customer support team were really helpful in sorting everything out very quickly.

Have used The Solar Centre numerous times and the quality is amazing along with the price. Not the same as the lights you commonly buy off the shelf but that bit extra. But most of all the service. I had a small problem that was quickly resolved by Ella and would highly recommend.

We have had a lot of solar lights from the Solar Centre and have always been very impressed with the build quality, performance and the design of the lights. We also found the sales and customer service to be excellent, so much so that we have recommended them to lots of people who have been impressed with the lighting. We did have a light that stopped working and contacted customer support, Nicole who we spoke to handled the issue perfectly and resolved the matter straight away. i have used this company for many years now, through my own fault i did not tick the box in PayPal for the free delivery when i phoned to say i had been charged the customer service advisor could not have been more helpful i was issued with a refund straight away there products are probably the best on the market i would recommend them

I needed a spare part for one of my garden lights and spoke to Nicole in customer services about it. She couldn't have been more helpful and sent me the part I needed immediately.
I have had bought a few solar lights for the garden over the last couple of years from the Solar Centre and can highly recommend them. Good value for money lights and excellent customer services.

I now have over 30 lights from solar centre and they are brilliant. Charge well even on a dull day and are bright, love that you can choose white or warm in some of the ranges. Customer service is also excellent had a manufacturing fault with 1 and they quickly arranged a replacement. Would highly recommend

Bought a couple solar lights but seemed to be having an issue with one of them not charging after a month later and wouldn't light up. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response from Nicole who resolved the issue for me and sent out a replacement straight away.

I have bought a few solar lights for our garden from Solar Centre and always been very happy with the products. I recently had a lantern that stopped working and have been offered a replacement. Ella has been very helpful sorting this out for me.

Have received 2 separate orders for solar lights and just made a third as we are delighted with the product!
Easy website and attractive special offers and helpful advice where necessary.

Was more than satisfied the way Nicole from customer service resolved so quickly the issue I had with my faulty solar light and issued immediately a replacement after showing evidence if the fault by photo. Highly recommend solarcentre as you can have peace of mind after your purchase if an unlikely problem should arise!

I had spent a long time researching solar lights but loved the design of the lights on SolarCentre. We ordered a couple of different ones and they are brilliant, literally. Unfortunately one of the lights started to malfunction. I contacted the very helpful customer support team and Ella was so sympathetic and helpful and helped us resolve our issue in just one email. A very good experience all around, highly recommended 👍

Only ever buy my solar lights from Solar Centre. The delivery is really quick and excellent products that last.
Had a problem with two out of the ten lights ordered and Ella resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. Two new lights on the way.

I ordered 3 x Grantham XL USB Up & Down Solar Wall Lights. One of the lights arrived with the removable cover for the USB port missing. I spoke to Ella via the Solar Centre chat, she asked me to upload a photo, which I did, and immediately on receipt of the image she arranged for a collection of the faulty product and sent out a replacement (both of which happened the next business day). The Grantham XL lights are very attractive and minimal and would blend with most garden schemes I would imagine. I'm absolutely delighted with them and looking forward to them being installed this week. The customer service from Ella was exemplary and totally took any hassle out of the situation for me and ensured I got the product I wanted. I will definitely be buying from Solar Centre again because of the quality of the lights and the excellent customer service I received from Ella. Thank you

We always buy our solar lights from the Solar Centre. The lights are superb value for money, great build quality with comprehensive instructions - and, unlike other brands of solar lights, long lasting. Their customer service is first class and their response time excellent. We will continue to recommend them to our family and friends.
