Excellent communication from day 1. Extremely welcoming and very helpful nothing was too much trouble and the welcome starter pack was a fabulous touch

We needed somewhere to store a reasonable amount of stuff to give us time to decide what was needed and what wasn't when down sizing.
The process was well explained and it is a very straightforward operation. The place is immaculately clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Most of the time we dealt with Crystal who was wonderful.

The personal service was very good it was just that the storage was outside and therefore due to gravel was unable to sort
Also no lighting in winter would have been an issue as long term storage

From the emails, phone calls and meeting staff in person, it has been a great experience. Lauren and Co. were amazing and friendly throughout as well as helpful and informative when I had questions. Clean facilities, fair pricing and a great location right next to the B&Q’s in Swindon. Just great convenience.

Secure Storage and Brilliant staff! The containers are secure and very easy to access at any time of day, on any day of the week. Lauren in the office was incredibly helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble, including receiving deliveries to my container when I couldn't be there. I was impressed with everything about the site and can highly recommend!

The space program was a brilliant experience from start to finish. I found the 24 hour access very easy to use and all the trolleys and lift most useful. But the best part was all the help and advice Crystal gave from day one, she couldn't do enough for You and was always ready to help. A nicer person I'm yet to meet. Crystal is what the company is doing well! She is an incredible asset. Nothing is too much trouble and super helpful. Always goes the extra mile. A lot of people hate a faceless transaction and Crystal gives the company that point of contact, which really is a differential to other facilities. Priceless and would recommend to anyone I know who is looking to hire a space.

Above and beyond service throughout. The team made the paperwork all so easy to understand and complete, and were available to answer any questions. The storage container was clean and in great condition. When we were ready to end the agreement it was really straightforward too!

Sarah at Space Program has been excellent throughout our use of this service. We're still enduring a wait for our property completion and Sarah has supported us all the way through. She showed us her mastery of opening the secure locks on the units and identified an available small unit for newly acquired furniture. She is chatty, as are all the staff and the 2 for 1 initial months rental offer should fit the bill for most people.

Eleias, who showed excellent customer service. He was sooo helpful and nothing seemed too much. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

Only negative was, I left my keys at home one day and you don't keep spares there, so I had to drive home through all the traffic.
