The Sports Edit Opiniones 

Bought a pair of Nike metcons back in September. Fast forward 3 months and I experienced an issue with the product. I contacted sportsedit regarding the problem and found the service being offered and then provided was exceptional from Sofia. Very happy with the outcome and after service.

I made an order in November and it has not arrived. I have sent three emails to the Sports Edit support email but have not received a reply to the query. I have also chased the delivery company myself directly but no luck so far. I'm not sure how long it will take to receive a response from Sports Edit and a refund. I would hesitate to order from this company if you want a reliable delivery and reasonable response time to queries.

Efficient and professional

My order initially arrived with the wrong items, which was quite disappointing — I received shoes and a sweater instead of what I had ordered, and the product I wanted was temporarily out of stock.

Fortunately, the customer service team handled the situation very well. They communicated clearly, sent me the correct products afterwards, and made sure everything was resolved neatly. Even though it started off a bit inconvenient, I really appreciate the friendly and helpful way it was taken care of.

5 star service from Jasmine at The Sports Edit. I received my item and there was a mark on it so I contacted The Sports Edit and was offered a partial refund to rectify the issue, very happy and great service, thank you

I was nervous about ordering because of the negative reviews but I shouldn't have worried, easy ordering with a good discount and I received my order within 2 days with regular order & delivery updates.

I haven’t ordered with sports edit before but they sell a lovely range of clothes.

I bought some lounge wear for my holiday this weekend but Evri messed up with delivery and ignored my instructions, so I couldn’t find where they had delivered the package.

Initially, customer service was very quick. I then asked for a help to locate the item (hoping for the parcel to be found or I could get a reshipment as it could still get to me in time), however, they then didn’t reply until three days later. They did eventually offer a full refund which was great if them, so I will order from them again in the further when there isn’t a time constraint.

Excellent customer service. My parcel went missing, which was Evri's fault rather than The Sports Edit. My issue was handled quickly and professionally, and the refund was arranged without any problems. Thank you, Jasmine, for the support.

Prompt response to a mixup, not of Sports Edit's fault. Evri semed to have mashed up my order with someone else's and supplied three teeshirts and a pair of shorts instead of a pair of tainers and socks! Jasmine sorted it out very promptly and I will donate the unwanted clothes to a good cause - some one will enjoy them I'm sure

I made an order during Black Friday sales for a shoe and had to cancel - sportsedit responded quickly after emailing and refunded /cancelled orders without any issue.

Another update - no refund received and impossible to speak to anyone.

Further update.
Even though they said they have been in contact - they haven’t. No one has informed me that my parcel was lost in transit and that they were going to refund me. I wish online sales companies would simply pick up a phone to make contact with clients. It would make such a difference to their customer service.

Will someone please respond to my emails regarding delivery. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my message - no items delivered and no response to find out where they are.

Would give Sports Edit and their lovely representative Sofia 5 stars, but unfortunately my order didn't arrive though this was Evri's fault rather than The Sports Edit.
Evri were a shambles but Sofia was great and quickly arranged a replacement to be sent. She is a credit to the company - please pass on my thanks to her.

She guided me thro and sorted it quickly and efficiently

The product was good and the goods were despatched efficiently. Some problems over delivery with Evri but the support from Spots Edit was really good and the result was the parcel arrived a few days later. Great communication throughout.

Customer services for most companies are a nightmare to chase but the sports edit is always quick to respond and deal with any problem. Excellent :)

Good prices, fast delivery and points, which makes me want to buy again
