As always, first class service, packaging and delivery. This order was customised and it has not disappointed. First Class service from first class business.

This was the first time of ordering from the company and paid an excellent price for the sweets. The sweets came in excellent condition and taste fantastic. I ordered them yesterday morning and delivered this morning as I paid for next day delivery. I will be definitely ordering again from this company.

I have not received my order. Very unhelpful, 1 response email from Chris claiming the order had been delivered. I asked for further information & received no response, i have now left a 2nd message asking to be fully refunded. Not the kind of service I expect to receive when spending my hard earned cash! In response to your reply here on trust pilot if you responsed to the 2nd message I submitted via your website this morning you would have all the information you have requested below. I await your email reply.

I received my order really quickly. The sweets are fab. Ive bought some for xmas. They are Well packaged and even get a wee free sample which was a nice touch and delicious! 😋 I've already ordered more! Would highly recommend.

I order sweets from this company every few months in bulk. Never had any issues with the sweets I have ordered and have recommended this company to others who have not had any issues. Sweets are nice and delivered quickly. Even get a free gift which is lovely

Fabulous company, excellent customer service!

I couldn't believe the value for money when I discovered this company, they have such a great range of sweets you can't get in standard pick n mix.
I found all the sweets I was looking for, even found milky bar chews!

I also got a mini bag as I thank you for the order which I thought was a lovely touch.

Amazing value for money.

I had a bag missing from my order and this was sorted so quickly, sweet box agreed to post the missing sweets despite a hefty postage charge for themselves as they were a birthday present.

The customer service I recieved was brilliant, I couldn't believe how quickly and easily the issue was sorted.

Can't reccomend this company enough, it will be a firm favourite for me now.
