Hi David. Thanks for your review. After discovering your issue with the ball valve I asked for a video of the issue and as soon as we saw the issue we arranged a FOC replacement to be sent out. You will receive this before the end of the week. Many thanks your patience and understanding.

Customer service was helpful and professional.
Delivery dates were given 5-7days as advertised, but amazingly the tank arrived in 2 days which was fantastic for the situation that I needed the tank for.
Even the courier service was stress free and again professional, which made the whole process a pleasure.
Will definitely be using and Recommending the Tank Shop in the future.

Simply fantastic I ordered my new oil tank on July1 and was told that due to high demand it would be 2 months before it was delivered this was perfect for me as it gave me time to run down the oil in the old tank The new tank arrived on September 1 {exactly 2 months almost to the minuet}
