New house we bought that had a ild Aeriel and one piece came loose and was clanging all night, the travelling down the chimney breast and woke us up every night.

Completed online form and rec'd a call from a lovely lady the same morning. Then someone came out within 3hrs and were up on the roof and sorted the problem.

Fast and efficient.
The engineer was very helpful and explained clearly every step made.

I was visited by the engineer who showed me a manhattan SX freesat box and the price quoted was £150 there was no mention of vat on top making it £180 until the whole work was completed. After he left I found out that the price of the freesat box on the high street is £67 inc vat whereas. You promise on your website "best price guaranteed"- i have been well and truly ripped off and I have tried three times today to obtain a refund but I was repeatedly told that the customer service manager was on the phone!! I now expect a refund !

I didn't realise how bad the old aerial was I decided to get someone to check it out. I was unable to watch a lot of channels, kept getting "not available" check aerial. Mike Harris Aerials sent someone out who talked me through what the problem was and what he could do to resolve it. He fitted a new aerial and added a booster and retuned the TV for me. What a difference in the picture and I have all the available programmes to watch.

Rang at 13:51, explained what my issues were and advised engineer would call me within the hour. Call received from engineer at 14:34 to check he could come around, which I confirmed.

The engineer, Vinny, was polite and professional. Quickly resolved the issue and fitted a extra dish for our Free Sat box. Made sure all was up and running before he left.

If you're in the Colchester area, see if they can send Vinny and you won't be disappointed.

Following a loss of signal for 2 tv's, I thought I had an aerial problem. Steve Furber from Mike Harris Aerials attended, and quickly diagnosed the problem as not being the aerial, but the masthead amp & power unit. He had a spare on his van, and the work was completed within 30 minutes. What really excellent service, thank you.

Had a digital connectivity problem I could not resolve - every time I switched on new TV I had to disconnect/reconnect HDMI cable to Sky box. Engineer came, “fixed” it - it worked until I tried to turn it on the next day then the same problem returned. I was told engineer would return. Engineer phone me night before saying “I told you this problem may return you need to unplug/plug back the HDMI cable (exactly the problem they were called to fix) - I can’t do anything else! Made contact and complained but no one came back to me. Paid £102 for the pleasure - no estimate given, told wrong amount (engineer didn’t say VAT would be added) Appalling service. Find a good local TV person - wish I had. Managed a work around but sadly my 95 year old husband cannot cope with the techy steps so cannot use TV unless I am home.

Requested a visit for a quote and was told an engineer would call to arrange. On the day received a call stating the engineer was off sick but would call the next day between 8-10am to arrange visit. No call was forthcoming so I called, only to be told that the engineer was off today. I won't be using this company as first impressions don't fill me with confidence. Very poor!

Phoned this morning was told an engineer would come out this afternoon to give me a quote and if it was a reasonable price to go ahead and install a new aerial and to set up my tv, waited in all afternoon and even moved furniture so it would be easier for the engineer (bearing in mind I'm also a pensioner living alone) no engineer came and no phone call to say they wouldn't be coming, thanks for that.

I rang one day and they could have come that day.I suggested the next day and they rang to let me know they were coming.The gentleman who came was knowledgeable, told me exactly the problem and had it fixed really quickly.Excellent service Thankyou.

I'm quite confused over the price I paid for a replacement LNB for our satellite dish. Since then I have looked online for an average price and it states the cost would be 80 - 100 pounds for part and fitting by a professional? I paid him 265 ?

Same day service, very polite and friendly engineer who resolved the issue quickly and very tidy in his work.

Installed my Ariel with great service and very professional company would recommend

£250 charge for my TV bracket install! Thats even with me supplying my own TV bracket! I feel that they took advantage of me being home alone, female, and charged me a ridiculous amount of money.

When the installer arrived, he told me that the TV bracket I purchased wasn't up to scratch and he wanted to sell me his one. I told him that I'd research TV brackets, and that mine was the most suitable for my install, he then changed his view on it and agreed that it was an excellent choice.

After the install and speaking with family members who were also shocked at the cost, I contacted the company in their call centre to discuss this. They advised me that it would be investigated and I would get a call back but this never happened. I am unsure how they can condone this when they drilled 10 holes into my wall in total, and didn't scan the wall for timber battens etc.

Engineer polite and professional would recommend.

Prompt attendance by installer. Accepted quote as given. Work finished and tidied up. Happy with your service.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service and pricing of this company. I phoned ahead and was explicitly told a technician would come to my flat to provide a free estimate.When the technician arrived, the only issue was connecting a lead between my TV and Sky box. I provided the cable myself. The entire process took less than five minutes, and the TV was working perfectly.Despite being promised a free estimate, I was hit with a shocking charge of over £90 for five minutes of basic plugging-in. I feel completely misled by the information given over the phone and deeply overcharged for the actual work done. I do not recommend using this service if you expect honest pricing.
