Really excellent reliable company
Great quality product, website gave all the information I could ask for & easy ordering. Kept well informed of progress from the moment I made the order to delivery. Excellent service by delivery driver, keeping in touch en-route & very helpful at delivery of the tank. 10 out of 10 from beginning to end of process.

Really helpful company and the delivery driver was excellent as well, managing to unload a very heavy tank on a steep hill with no problems at all.

Pump tank arrived in good time
Tank and pump arrived in good time and within stated delivery. Kept up to date via text and email. However when we came to install the tank & pump the installer noticed that the float switch float had snapped on the pump prior to delivery as no sign of it in the packaging. (Also it was strange that the pump had been delivered on the outside of the tank rather than being more protected on the inside??) We contacted The Tank Shop and a lady called Julie was ever so helpful. With her help we sent photos and it was arranged for a replacement pump to be sent out - this was received promptly and all working perfectly now. Thank you!

Disappointed
Called to ask for advise and sounded like the woman was in bed.
Called again to make an order and ask advise, Julie was very vague and actually gave the wrong advise. Consequently the wrong item was ordered, hence now trying to shop around to make it right as the part is specialist.
On delivery the delivery man was very rude, didn't want to drive any further to drop the tank off, refused to communicate or even get out of the van. When he did he acted like a child who had been made to do something he didn't want to. Very disappointing
