I have been using The Bexleyheath branch for over 5 years now and the team there managed by Eva and the team of Jada and Brogan are fantastic. Always friendly and informative. I buy a monthly all inclusive package and use both the ergoline and Sun Angel and in the summer months the stand up! Can’t fault anything the place is hygienic/clean and well stocked with creams - well done ladies

Wonderful customer service

I have been using the Chaddesden branch now for some time. Kirsty is the manager there and the atmosphere she has created could not be better. There is always a perfect combination of a relaxed and very efficient vibe. Kirsty is knowledgeable, chilled out, and approachable. She has a natural self-assurance - so she doesn`t need to strut around like `I`m the manager` far from it (I've observed how supportive she is with staff).

They have a brilliant advert there that says `Tanning without lotion is like washing your hair without shampoo) - that always makes me smile and Kirsty is up there with the person who wrote that. I also smile and feel chilled there.

I have contacted you via your contact form about a visit at your shop in Bedford and had no response. I made a complaint about the staff who I now know is the manager. Her attitude and that she had not the best knowledge and also the cabin was not the cleanest. I think the shop has been going downhill for a while

Peterborough - I’m a new customer to the tanning world, started off on one of the new customer packages BRILLIANT! I came in today and got my first unlimited package and top up on my creams with the 20.% discount BARGAIN! The bed are amazing, spotlessly clean. The lady who sees me gives me really good vibes, great customer service and always advises me on my packages, mins and creams. All the staff are super friendly and professionally

Was really lovely to visit Thr Tanning Shoop Harrow today..I'm a costumer for few years, the lication Is perfect for me .The place is really clean and tidy. You can see all the time the effort the staff they put in the shoop to try deliver a good perfect visit . Lory explain in detals the bed difference and help me decide wich one is the best for me to get a nice tan, and also what membership is the best deal for me .Just lovely. Definitely my only choice and happy to refer this place to people I know. 😊

Lovely to visit The tanning Shop Harrow today… Lory , the tanning advisor, was really welcoming, professional and happy to answer all my questions..! Allot of details given by her about the products they sell and how the beds work for myself.. The place is really clean and tidy! Was lovely to visit to Harrow Tanning Shop today ..the staff are really friendly, professional and the place is spotless clean… Loredana the tanning advisor , is really helpful and lovely, explained me allot about beds and tanning products, and i was so happy..definitely use this place forever.. ! ❤️😊

I am a longstanding client of the Bond Street Branch in London. Ever since the Tanning Shop took over the franchise the standards have improved 100%.

All areas of the store and especially the sunbeds, are spotlessly clean and in excellent working order.

The Staff are very professional - always very helpful and engaging.

It's a pleasure to use these facilities.

I just returned home from my visit to the Shenfield branch and feel so excited about going back to have my first ever sun bed! I was feeling really nervous and self conscious about tanning due to my weight but the lovely store manager reassured me, gave me some advice about how to safely start my tanning journey and made me feel so welcome and I came away with a huge confidence boost. The shop was so clean and smelt amazing and I was shown around the sun beds and how they work and they looked so clean too. Thank you to the girls in this shop for a lovely visit, I will be back soon! Especially big thanks to the manager who greeted me.

How this company has treated their staff is horrendous. They have made the staff redundant before Christmas and show no sign of compassion, no support in finding a new shop…and most importantly-helping the staff who had made this shop a success.
The business was aware that the shopping centre was shutting down and have left the thought of getting a new shop to the back end of the year, resulting in people being made redundant before Christmas.
This company hold on to your money and expect you to travel to Medway 30+minutes away to use your minutes! They have offered no refund but pushed forward the date of the shop to be closed, a week earlier!
The customer service from head office has been ruthless. People are human not just your workers, duty of care to them has been horrendous. The Tanning shop you may believe your brand strong, I honestly believe you have damaged your brand and the support you may of once enjoyed in Maidstone is now tarnished. Zero support for staff, zero communication with customers.

I will never spend a penny in any of your stores again really hope the business fails.

I bought a course from Maidstone tanning shop, after I got the course there 2 stand ups was down leaving only 1 stand up available that had no face tanning working! So me and a mate was unable to use the beds we wanted after paying £80 then was told there shutting down the shop so obviously why they don't want to pay to get the beds fixed!!! Me and a mate have requested for a refund as would anyone for not being able to use the beds thay wanted aslo tingle cream was banned from this shop we was told and can't do 20 a stand up that clearly says online u can! I've not herd nothing back from the owner apart from an email to say will reply next 5 days 2 weeks later still nothing!!! You replied on the 28th sayin u will be intouch in 5 days its nearly 2 weeks later. Following up they contact me saying I could have an upgrade! I cancelled the course and have blnot been using the beds no more told them to refund me all they came back with was an upgrade!! The shop is shutting down in a few days I'm not travelling miles to another tanning shop I've email them again an they have ignored me!!

I tried to get a spray tan but the shop worker said she had started cashing up and could not take anymore payments despite the shop being open for another 15 minutes. I offered to pay cash and give her a tip but she was adamant that as she had started cashing up there was nothing she could do. It’s always frustrating when you feel you are getting fobbed off. I want to give them my money but it felt like they are more interested in going home.

What makes my experience so great is the girls there in my Derby branch... I'm going through a lot at the minute and the whole experience is my little bit of solace.
The quality is second to none.. highly recommended x

Been using the Birmingham location for a few years and the Team are fantastic.
Its always clean and very welcoming the girls are terrific.
Chloe the manager is always lovely and i think the other lady is called Elsa they are both brilliant.
