The wrong products were delivered
The wrong products were delivered. When I contacted Thetford I was told it would be necessary to complete an online form. Only after I objected to this and spoke to a manager was it sorted. We were relying on getting this before we left on a trip, now we are told it will not be delivered until after we leave - absolutely useless to us. Though all very friendly, not impressed with Thetford customer service

Induction Hob broke from travelling on…
Induction Hob broke from travelling on a QLD road. Rang Theftford to enquire re warranty as only had for 6 months. We were accused of breaking it. The Hob had a cover over the top of it and we found a wing nut had come off from underneath. We were still accused of breaking it. I believe they didn't stand by their product and this product I don't believe would be good on corrugated or bumpy roads, which covers most of Australian Roads. We had to use our Insurance Company instead. Am very disappointed.

Do not like water level waning light. Dometic had a graduated level warning system
Thetford red light comes on when full no warning

Terrible warranty service
Terrible warranty service, didn't dispatch my part therefore having no fridge going up the centre of australia, the only way I found out was I rang them myself asking what was going on. Not good and offered no compensation
