Ordered towels as gift although good quality the grey towels were different shades bath darker shade than hand towels. Disappointed.

Best towel I ever bought.

The towels are described as “700 GSM Bamboo Bath Sheet — Softer Than Cotton, Naturally Antibacterial.” I bought these specifically for my dad, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and has extremely sore, sensitive and flaking skin.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the towels. They were nowhere near as soft as described — in fact, I found them quite rough to the touch, which is the last thing we needed given my dad’s sensitive skin.
I contacted the seller, but was told there was nothing wrong with the towels and that I would have to pay the return postage myself.
The delivery was quick and efficient, which was a positive, but sadly the quality and softness of the towels did not live up to the description or my expectations. A real shame.

Quality not as expected for 600 GSM towels, too thin & not at all soft, disappointing.
