first time customer and had issues with the delivery of my order, however credit to the customer services team at The Towel Shop, they were quick to reply to my complaint email and have promised to ship me a replacement order via a different delivery company.

Almost perfect
The towelling robe i ordered arrived quickly and well packed ..and it’s lovely..was a bit disappointed the tab at back was hanging on by a thread and broke first time i hung it up ..and had to sew it ..guess just a small thing though

Towels arrived in good time
Towels arrived in good time. Good size and made well. Good value for the money paid. Not very thick ( not expected at this price) but should be durable to service the village hall hand basins and ensure clean hand towels available for every event.

I've given 4 stars as I found after choosing my towels and tried to complete my payment, it was difficult. Got there in the end. Towels arrived quickly. Thought they felt a bit thin but after washing they plumped up nicely.
