Hi

Understood, and we're sorry for the delay. We're cancelling order #2285 and processing a full refund, including the shipping protection, to your original payment method now. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Apologies again for the inconvenience.

So you received an order, you charged for the orders, you even offered a shipping guarantee on the order for an extra $8 but you cannot deliver the order

Refund me & cancel order

I have ordered the trump middle finger door light and have not received my product. They have a policy that prevents me from getting a refund cause they say its being shipped but the shipping has not received the product and i can not ask for a refund cause the policy states once the shipping has started you can not get a refund. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them!
