The Unique Property Investment Group Ltd Opiniones

Just starting out on investing then I highly recommend The Unique Property Investment Group Ltd. Jake Spalding could not have been more helpful or accommodating, I called him on A Sunday because I had a question that could not wait until Monday he answered my call and answered my question to my satisfaction. I called and he was on holiday he answered again! That is wat I call beyond dedication. Thankyou Jake you have made my journey with 'TUPIG' a well informed and supported journey and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I was abit worried in the beginning, I did my research , spoke with Ben and there was no pressure to send the payment. The communication was brilliant. Looking forward to more investment opportunities and would recommend to all. Ben has been a champion and is an asset to Unique Property Investment.

So far so good with the investment that I have made. I had some teething problems but Jake was extremely helpful. Thanks, Jane. Looking forward to doing more business with Unique Property Investments

I invested in early March and so far have been rewarded with prompt returns at the due date. This is an excellent deal so far and thanks to Jake for reassuring me in the beginning. I am looking forward to further new deals when I have more funds available. Maybe we can have a support group for investors so we can reassure each other - just a thought !

It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel who was excellent in communicating through out the process. Thank you Daniel

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick at Unique Property Investments, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, the entire investment process was smooth sailing. The returns have been nothing short of fantastic, surpassing even those from my traditional rental property. What’s truly remarkable is the ease of setup – no headaches, no repairs, and certainly no tenant problems to deal with.

Communication with Nick and the team has been exemplary, making me feel informed and supported every step of the way. With Unique Property Investments, I’ve found a hassle-free investment avenue that delivers impressive returns without the usual landlord stress. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and rewarding investment opportunity. Thank you, Nick, and the entire team at Unique Property Investments!

As of 26/07/2025, UPG have gone into administration and I have lost a significant investment. Likely a scam from the get-go. Harvest as much investment from investors as possible, transfer those funds elsewhere where it is protected from recovery and enter into administration. Criminals and should face the full force of the law.

Professional non pushy service with informative content throughout.

When I came across this investment opportunity I was quite nervous as there are a lot of scams out there. After many detailed conversations with Kelly, and my own research I took the plunge and invested. I have received my first payment on the date promised so I’m very happy. Kelly put my nerves at ease and I’m so happy she did, a big thank you to Kelly and Sam for taking the time to explain the process and reassure me, I look forwards to any future opportunities and now I have received payment I have been spreading the word! Thanks again 😊

Very easy process. Hassle free and quick. I really recommend this company to make investments with. Ethan was super friendly and thanks to him I decided to invest with Unique Property.

Great service with full transparency from the beginning,
Daniel guided me through the whole process and checked in every step of the way.

Fantastic service from Daniel. I waited until I received my first payment before leaving my review. It landed in my account as promised yesterday (on a Sunday). I’d done my due diligence but it’s always tense until you receive the first payment. Very impressed with Unique and I’m now on the way to saving for my next investment with them

Had the pleasure of working with Mae Woollard from The Unique Propery Group and I cannot thank her enough! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be seeing a 20% return on my investments. I always experienced a professional, friendly and efficient service from day one. Mae made everything easy to understand and answered every question I had, and the whole process was made very smooth. I have made two investments with UPG and received my first payment on the date as promised, and I’m extremely keen to continue on this journey of investing again with other investment products and services that UPG offer in the future. I highly recommend UPG to anyone who wants to make an investment with exceptional returns. Thank you Mae, & Thank you UPG! Keep up the good work UPG! 👏

100% a Ponzi scheme.

If such an investment existed, the owners would simply borrow the money from the bank and invest to get 20%.

Be warned, you will lose your money, this is not regulated by the FCA so you have no comeback.

Your money is being spent on cars and jollies to Dubai. Lewis Hall has no wealth, until recently was peddling R2R properties.

I kept 'iffing and butting' about this company so it took me a few months to actually get going. I thought Unique was just another scam that we hear about every day. I was totally reluctant to put my money into something that seemed too good to be true. But, I spoke to Carlie, my investment advisor, who reassured me that my money was going to be safe with Unique. I asked her question upon question which she answered confidently and even produced evidence of her responses. Because of this I went ahead and invested my money with Unique. They were true to their word. I have received my payments each month and on the date specified. I am so glad that I put my trust in Carlie and because of this, I hope to make further investments with Unique in the future.

As others have noted, when I first came across this investment, I was sceptical. A guaranteed 20% ROI per annum seemed far too good to be true. However, after sitting on it for a few weeks, and seeing a few more positive Trustpilot reviews, I decided to look up the company and explore further. I booked a call with Mae, who very helpfully explained the investment and how it all worked. She answered all my questions and satisfied me that this was a bona fide deal. Importantly, there was no hard sell, which would have made me run a mile. I went ahead with the investment and have no regrets - Mae has been very responsive to my queries and the first two payments have come in on time. Yes, there are 34 months to go, but I'm as confident as I can be that Unique will deliver on their promise. Assuming the payments keep coming in, I will definitely consider investing again.

I invested four weeks ago and yesterday I received my first payment as scheduled. Its a fantastic hands free investment opportunity with an excellent ROI. Thank you Harry Robson for being so responsive to all my queries. Your professionalism is second to none.

It’s real, honest business, solid papers works & also they keep there promise.Mae & Ethan was very very helpful.I’m so glad to be a part of the family of Unique property Investment Group. Now I’m going to more invest with them. You can trust them.

When I first made tentative enquiries I received helpful assistance from one of the advisors, Dan Baxter, who took the time to explain the scheme fully and in layman's terms - without his input I don't think I would have taken up this opportunity. Having just received my first payment, am glad I did, so please pass on my thanks to him. An excellent return for my investment.

I have had my doubts about this investment as it seemed too good to be true when I first laid my eyes on it. Safe to say that Daniel has been great at reassuring me, providing relevant information and always replies to me within minutes whenever I tried to contact him. I received my first payment today and I cannot wait to re-invest in the future. I recommend this investment if you are looking for a passive income!
