Ordered a new tank with a pack of coils and paid for same day deliver as I live in the area.

Items arrived a few hours after ordering, packaged safely, all as described.

Will deffinantly be ordering again

Excellent fast friendly service , full range of top quality products at competitive prices 👌🏾

Great service and products. Would highly recommend

Been going to this shop for many years the staff are always polite and have a very good sense of humour as well as being professional which I think goes a long way with customer service. it’s not all about just walking in and purchasing and leaving, having a chat and a laugh is great will always choose the vapour room 👍👍

Have used this shop for many years for my vape needs. Brilliant, knowledgeable staff and great banter with the owner. Good prices on all things mods, tanks and juices. Charisma has got to the point where she can recommend juices and bits of kit I would like when the time is right, Overall a great shopping experience all round! They also do same day delivery for the local area which is brilliant!!

Knowledgable, friendly and quality juices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else xx

The shop has plenty of variety and the staff are really helpful and will go above and beyond to help

Love this place. Charisma is super friendly and informative, she’s really helped me choose products I actually like and doesn’t try to just fob me off unlike other places. Products are priced fairly too.

Been in here a few times now, always have very friendly, helpful staff that that are very knowledgeable and seem genuinely happy to be there. A good atmosphere makes for a great experience, never left there disappointed. Definitely worth a visit.

Been to this shop and few times and have called to get advice from the owner a few time. What she doesn’t know about vaping isn’t worth knowing!
Very thoughtful and felt like I was recommended items I needed rather than to just buy the expensive things.

The best vape shop I've ever been to! Super friendly and helpful staff, very wide selection of vapes and e liquid, the prices are great too! It's now my go to place.

Would not trust any other vape shop! Extremely knowledgeable staff, great advice and not there just to make a sale but to make sure you get what you need and in what price range you require. Great products and always fresh stock.

Grate selection, top quality and quick dispatch. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. And if able to visit the shop in Portsmouth, very friendly and happy to give grate well knowledge advice.
