Booked my car in for a service and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I was contacted promptly with a clear explanation of inspection findings and itemised costs for me to approve. Work was carried out very thoroughly (including resolving a niggling fault with the rear washer jet) and the car was ready to collect later that day. I had a courtesy car too which was really useful as I had work commitments. After having used the Audi main dealer before this experience I can't recommend Vasstech Darlington highly enough, their efficiency is far superior. Although I didn't catch their names I would also like to mention the 2 girls in the office who are super friendly and very good at their jobs. Would highly recommend.

The customer service at Vasstech is absolutely outstanding. A special shout out to the customer service team that helped us out on Monday. If you are looking for a company that genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile ,look no further.

On 29thOctober 2025 VASSTech of Darlington started work on our VW TOURAN which had the cambelt/ timing belt broke. Alex, Nicholl and Naomi kept in touch almost every other day letting us know details of how repair work was going.
We live in Northern Ireland so information was very important for my wife and I. The work was complete in 4 weeks so we flew over to England to collect our car. Everything was great and all staff involved were very professional and very nice.
All I can say is VASSTech of Darlington went over the top to fix and help us the whole way through the ordeal.

Prompt polite efficient service at a reasonable price

A troublesome rear wheel bearing needed to be changed on my Audi TT.
James sorted a quote and booked me in and Scott made life so much easier by sorting a courtesy car on the day.
Can't thank Vasstech enough, the TT was a pleasure to drive on a 10 hour round trip, great service as usual !

Had my key coded today at Vasstech Northallerton and I’m really pleased with the service. I only booked it earlier this week and they replied to my email really quickly. The staff were super friendly when I arrived (good customer service is rare to find these days) and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks so much! :)

First rate, excellent service from the team at Vasstech Durham; from my very first conversation with Ian, to the long in-person process of investigating my car’s issue today, I was treated throughout, with the utmost respect and courtesy - none of this awful condescending treatment that many garages still favour, when interacting with female customers. Here in Durham, the highest standards of customer service are adhered to and carried out - everything explained in an equitable and respectful way; the customer kept in the loop throughout .

Booked in for MOT at 9,30 on the Friday morning - called round on the Thursday to see if they could arrange for an earlier slot?
Offered if we brought it in at 7.30 (bear in mind they don’t officially open until 8.30) it should be ready for 9.00 …!
Dropped it off as requested and was advised they would contact when ready - went off had a coffee whilst we waited.
Received a text message from JAMES at ….8.25….
To advise MOT all done ready to collect.
What a brilliant service - from initially booking in over the phone to collection.

Such a great team. Always so obliging. Friendly and patient. On more than one occasion
they have come to my rescue when repairs needed in a hurry.
Very thorough and efficient.
Price wise, nothing is cheap nowadays, but Vasstech Northallerton came in ahead of other estimates and time frames. Add to that- convenience.

Had my Audi to Vasstech twice now, they are brilliant at what they do and the service they provide. Done my automatic gearbox oil change, and my MOT and service.

I had a problem with the brakes on my car and needed to travel back to Kent as soon as possible. The team at the garage managed to squeeze me in despite being extremely busy and did a fab job. Thanks to you all for excellent customer service.

Didn’t have the best experience with my MOT here recently but after I complained the branch manager Abi reached out. She was so helpful and reassuring and took steps to understand the initial issue and arrange for my car to be looked at by herself and the foreman. The issue with the car is now resolved and I’m really happy with the customer service I received.

Excellent service which theses days is very rare!! Can’t recommend theses guys enough.

Have used Vasstech for a number of years after the local VW garage couldn’t diagnose a problem on my Golf with my indicators because their computer couldn’t see the fault. Vasstech were able to work out the issue just by description. Changed my car two years ago, but used the main dealer for the first service and MOT in case there was a problem. Went back to Vasstech this year - excellent service, as usual.
