Elite Garages Opiniones

Able to leave vehicle overnight, Quickly repaired and offered alternatives. Helpful staff.

Same day appointment for puncture repair. Very pleased with service received.

1 star for completing an MOT. 1 star for being polite. But being unable to complete a simple repair because 'we don't have the right tools' and leaving a customer to have to seek a repair and second MOT elsewhere is pretty unacceptable.

A great on line pre booking service and the team are always so friendly and professional. They are very quick to inform when the car is ready to collect and guide you through the details of their work in a clear way. Thanks.

Would have been 5 stars but as it took 7 hours to get my car serviced, drop off at 10am, chased for pick up at 5pm, still on the ramp....they are very busy but job was finally done. They forgot to give me the detailed report for the service, went back the next day but even so, the silver service did get done. Good pricing and friendly staff who promised me a free tracking if I buy my tyres from them so that's a bonus and I will probably go back to get my tyres from them.

Excellent service as usual. Very friendly and fantastic service. I have used the same garage for the last 18 years when it was ATS and given the same staff still working there for the new owners I would not go anywhere else.

Excellent service! The garage where my car failed its MOT due to a dangerous defect could not do my repairs for a few days and I needed my car urgently. Called Elite in the morning and they had the repairs done on the same day and even upgraded the parts at the same price. Super helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient and friendly service… they kept a record of my car registration and the tyres they have fitted in the past so knew exactly what was needed and this prevented me purchasing a more expensive tyre that I originally enquired about. Great customer service. Great value for money.

Excellent service as always. They are friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help out. I chose them over my main dealer for my car now.

Okehampton branch where great from start to finish helpful polite and looked after the vehicle. Informed me when done. Couldnt of been happier. With the service. Thankyou.

The gentleman on reception couldn`t have been more helpful. He located a tyre which was not the normal run of the mill size and it arrived the following day and was fitted straight away. First Class service

Excellent all round

Excellent service as usual. Took car in at 8.30 and was ready by 11 am, fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent friendly staff who give you confidence and don't get you to do things before they are needed like Audi and others.
I fully recommend them. Honesty and friendliness go a long way.

Just had 4 x Michelin tyres fitted to my Porsche Mecan, excellent service, efficient and friendly, sensible prices, I'll be back in 30,000 miles!

Immediately helpful on the phone and fitted us in at short notice. They went out of their way to fix our car so that we could get away on holiday as soon as possible.

Fixed the problem as required. No fuss, just got the job done!

Great service ( as always) . Reminder text sent 1hr before my appointment. MOT carried out efficiently and I was telephoned when completed . Much appreciated. Thank you.

MoT done in hour as stated and all paperwork ready on my return Friendly helpful receptionist. Will return!
