Your nominated delivery company, Aramex is about as effective as a chocolate fireguard. Frankly, if you’d had someone walk my order from Brisbane, it would have been here quicker.

Quality of products, customer service and value for money is what makes me go back to the Vet Shed on a regular basis. Nothing but positives to mention.

Maybe tell customers about limited operations sand slow shipping before they order. Not wait to take $300+ and then send an email saying you’re on holiday to 3 January

Vetshed is great for products and service. However given the fact they are using aramex for delivery we won’t use again as receiving a delivery is impossible. Please let us know if you change couriers and we’ll gladly use again

My dog loves them, they arrived quickly and on time

I purchased a pack of four Cosmic catnip objects on the basis that about two years ago I bought only one which my four cats adored.
They played with it for ages and the smell of catnip must lasted considerably given their reactions.
This time I opened one after another with absolutely no reaction from them whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Worst experience with a company that I think I’ve ever had in my life. After waiting 5 days for my items to be sent I was given poor excuses and less than average customer service from Kate. Her nonsensical explanations and skirting around of fine print and policies was not customer focused at all and made me feel extremely unvalued as a customer and an educated and hard working individual. Still waiting for the items. I would never recommend this company; purchase at your own risk.

I had no issue with the order process. All good.
But still waiting for delivery 9 days later.

Subsequently my dog is out of the supplement.

Would suggest Vetshed use a different carrier/courier.

We had a couple of issues with our online order and The Vet Shed were so prompt at responding and finding a resolution to our support request. Excellent customer service and the best value price we could find on the item we were after.

Arrived quickly, and I was kept up to date with status of delivery .Satisfied.

Very quick to dispatch. Arrived promptly, especially given current delays in supply chains. Used Auspost..who are so reliable and quick.
Only problem was me not understanding that I had to look in my newly made account to see what was happening, as I was used to getting updates from other online suppliers via mob ph or email. But once I figured it out ..it was all good.

I usually buy my cat products from another retailer but they were out of stock, I desperately needed ringworm cream so decided to try The Vet Shed. So happy and I’ll definitely be buying more products from The Vet Shed.
