The Warp Opiniones

Very knowledgeable staff. Super helpful. They helped me choose suitable starters packs. Great range available.

I came here with my grandson today for the first time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The gaming mats varied and the buildings comprehensive. We were also able to try out the new paints which were great

Large store, lots of stock, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended

I went to the warp in havant with my friend, I had the best time! Never been before, I loved the display room they had that you could also buy from. There was such a wide selection of things to buy. Warhammer 40k and age of sigmar, halo game parts, board games, paints, brushes and so much more!
The staff were very friendly and kind, had a laugh, and was very helpful when I needed help with rules for my sylvaneth army and paints.
Can't wait to come back!!!

I initially gave this shop 5 stars and was genuinely considering getting into Warhammer. I joined the shop’s Discord and asked whether a starter box was in stock. A non-moderator told me I shouldn’t ask questions like that at weekends. I deleted the post, but an actual moderator subsequently confirmed that asking was perfectly fine. I explained that being called out by another community member had put me off, and later discovered I’d been removed from the server.

I understand the owner wasn’t responsible for that initial interaction, but I changed my review to reflect my experience. I was later contacted by someone from the community who reported that the owner, rather than reaching out to discuss their misunderstanding, had made an announcement describing my review as “fraudulent” and encouraging members to report it. I cannot independently verify everything I was told, so I’m presenting that as reported rather than fact.

The owner’s subsequent Google response said, “that is exactly why we made a (public) announcement about you,” accused me of trying to “punish the store,” and stated that I was banned for life.

I appreciate the owner may have considered my review unfair, but the combination of the reported announcement followed by an extremely angry response to my review which I honestly feel comes across as disproportionate and hostile.

I’m simply documenting my experience and why my original 5-star review changed.

Charlotte was really lovely and helpful will come back

The product are cheaper very good quality will be buying from here again

The warp has such a great feel and environment to it it and everything has a discount compared to normal game workshop products. It is extremely cheap to play a game of warhammer with a friend and the quality is great. They have an amazing second hand selection where everything is cheap. I would highly recommend. 😃

The place is so nice and so friendly plus its amazing for me and my friends cause we struglle to afford warhammer with our poclet money

Probably one of the best hobby stores in the uk.

The stock levels are phenomenal, 20% off RRP means it has to be one of the cheapest around

Customer service is elite

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Will also check in to help to see if they can find what you are looking for, or even order in if possible! Has helped build a great and safe community for players of TCGs, Board Games, TTRPG’s and Wargaming. Couldn’t ask for a better local shop!

One of the nicest stores I've dealt with. They always do really pro-consumer things to make sure product gets to players and not in the hands of scalpers. I don't tend to have much brand loyalty but The Warp is genuinely one of the most trustworthy places to buy your gaming stuff from.

Fantastic online store with quick dispatches and some of the best priced Warhammer around.

One of the most inclusive and fun places to be! Felt so welcomed, such a great variety of stock and knowledgeable people to help out with any requests!

Always great service and welcoming immediately as you walk through the door!

Helpful service and very kind!

Great place to play bolt action!

Good vibes, great music being played.

Excellent stock available
