Great customer service, reliability and quality fitting.

After having a beyond awful experience with another company we were left feeling very wary, but from the initial call to the installation we have been nothing but pleased. I would highly recommend The Window Medic team and we will be using them for any future installations.

Fantastic service from Gary and Wyn when they came out to fix a problem on a patio door they had installed a few years ago, arrived on time, very tidy and also fixed a problem I had on two windows without any charge. Brilliant local company can recommend to all and would definitely use again

We had Window Medics look at our sliding doors in April, they were letting water in. The wind and rain comes straight in accross the Straits. The lads were very good, had the door in pieces and replaced the seals. It is now November and still no water leaking in. What a lovely bunch of lads, really know what they are doing and a very good price. I would highly recommend this firm.

Very overpriced for the small job we needed doing.

We had these guys come round to look at putting some window restrictors on (very simple latch ones that screw into the underside of the windows).

We showed them a picture and worked out we would need about 8 hinges in total, they quoted us £450 to do the job.
We have since discovered that these window restrictors are very easy to fit (my husbands father has since fitted them) and the individual latches cost us about £80 all together (for 12 latches, so covering more windows than originally quoted for) So essentially this company was willing to charge us over £370 for labour, which would be just to put a couple of screws into our windows.
Thankfully we said no, but please do your research and make sure you’re not being ripped off.

You cannot advertise a free, no obligation quote and then state below you are then including this in to the cost for our job “having to answer the phone and send an engineer to us”. You also cannot say “imagine if one of the restrictors is faulty” as this would not be on us, but yourselves, and a cost that you’d have to cover, and why you have insurance.

While I appreciate you have costs and bills to cover, if it is too small a job to cover, then have an honest conversation with the customer to explain this, instead of quoting a ridiculously high price.

We have just had windows installed by Michael and Gary, not only are the windows excellent but the installation was perfect. The guys are so quick and efficient, and take so much care to provide a clean and tidy installation, and they clearly have a lot of pride in the work that they do.
Our whole experience with the company has been first class, very communicative, excellent work, with attention to detail right from first visit through to installation, really was customer service at its very best. Thank you all so much

Gary and Mike were punctual, friendly and carried out the installation in a very clean, quick and tidy manner. I was extremely pleased with the windows and cannot emphasize enough how wonderful these two guys are. They are a credit to the company. I had also used this company in January 2023 and the operatives were also highly skilled and friendly. The whole job was a very pleasant experience from meeting the sales person, the surveyor and the installation operatives. I highly recommend this company. Well done guys.

From our first call to Ashley and then meeting with Gordon and then Brendon we felt very well looked after and then when the work started ie Windows/revamp the conservatory and new carport the boys worked very hard always on time nothing was too much trouble they are a credit to you all the last thing we had installed was two outside doors which Dave and Marcus came and again they were excellent.

Left an email and got a phone call back within half an hour, the issue was assessed promptly with an honest opinion given, would definitely recommend.

Contacted the company, left an email message. They got back to me quickly, made an appointment and within a few days they had come and priced up the works. Once I had accepted the price they made an appointment for the two stage install work to be done. They were quick, polite, efficient and effective in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thankyou

We recently had Window Medic complete a substantial piece of structural work. This involved their own staff as well as sub contracted roofers, plasterers, electrician and plumber. It was our first experience with the company.
From the initial consultations, through design and planning, timetabling and execution, the entire project was nothing short of outstanding.
Every single person we encountered was unfailingly punctual, courteous, professional and sympathetic. No detail, however small, was too much trouble, indeed WM staff frequently and entirely of their own volition, went that extra mile to ensure our experience was as positive as it could be. Every query was addressed immediately and attentively, every tiny detail was treated as important.
The completed project more than fulfilled our expectations and the after care has been utterly outstanding.
Whilst every single member of the WM team was quite brilliant, it is important to stress again that the sun contractors they employ work to exactly the same standards.
We took a while in choosing who we wanted to take on this project, but from the very first telephone conversation it was clear that they are leaders in the class. The customer feels important, valued, they make themselves available even when clearly under pressure, and the completed work is to the highest standard.
We initially viewed the undertaking with trepidation….. the reality was a delightful surprise. We would unhesitatingly recommend them and would look no further than Window Medic in the future.

The service that we received from The Window Medic was excellent from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them. We are very happy with the results. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. As a first point of contact for the business Ashley is perfect, always cheerful, efficient and very helpful. The guys who fitted the windows cleaned up afterwards and the new windows look great.

Just had my new windows and set of french doors installed by the window medic. I can honestly say the whole experience has been first class, from initial visit to survey and installation.
At my time of life it isn’t the first time I’ve had to purchase double glazing but these guys really do know what they are doing, I would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank everyone at the window medic for such a fantastic service! They replaced our windows and doors with incredible efficiency. We are over the moon with the work and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. They also went the extra mile to ensure my family we not put in any danger with Covid due to giving us plenty of prior notice before they wanted to enter any rooms. Our door and window handles were also disinfected regularly buy the fitters during the work. Thank you again and we will not hesitate to get in touch if we need any more work in the future.
