It was claimed my wife was abusive to staff over phone. As I was in room and phone was on speaker not once did she speak I did, for the way she was being spoken to. That is the reason I cancelled the order the way your member of staff spoke to my wife was disgustingly but not once did she abuse your member of staff but is being accused of it

Best choice in town!!!
I was sick and tired of the same flooring on the high street, then came across this gem. A great choice of flooring with a friendly salesperson. Their fitter, Charlie, was absolutely brilliant in fitting the herringbone pattern flooring. Looked absolutely superb when it was completed. No probs with delivery or service, highly recommended.

Customer service saved this…
The online customer service saved this experience. They were on hand instantly and answered all queries. The turnaround was quick, but the product as only partly delivered correctly with incorrect flooring included which delayed the install if my flooring. The customer service team got in touch with the supplier and arranged for a pick up and replacement of the incorrect flooring the next day. It would have been 5 star if the correct order was delivered first time.

Poor Experience - delivery delays, incorrect orders
Stanley Green Store - Initial order process on 11 April was quite smooth. Delivery of floor was delayed by a few days but ok. Thats where the reasonable experience ended. Unfortunately i had under ordered so went into store and ordered the three additional boxes. I was initially told it would be delivered on Wednesday 6 May, then on Wednesday i was told Thursday, on Thursday i was told Saturday 9 May at 9am. I arrived at 9am and put the items in my car from a pallet outside the store. Once we checked the product at home it became clear they had given me the wrong product - we returned it to store they apologised and blamed the warehouse. We were then told delivery would be the following week.... again, similar delays were experienced and we were eventually told it would arrive on Saturday Morning 20 May - i received a call at 9am to say it had arrived - i was on my way to collect it at around 11.30am and received a call from the store to say ' sorry, theyve delivered the wrong item again'... i was then promised that i would receive a refund for the order due to the errors and delays... and my flooring would be delivered on Wednesday 3 June... it was eventually delivered to my house on Wednesday. I have yet to receive my refund!! From what started as a good experience deteriorated quite quickly - i have incurred extra costs as my Fitter was booked in then cancelled on a number of occasions due to the delivery errors. I wont be using them again! - UPDATE - they respond to my review without an apology and expect me to follow up and chase my refund! Customer Service!!!!!! UPDATE 2 - Iain Kelly - SK4 3EZ - sorry, i don't have a reference, nothing was emailed and i'm away so don't have the paperwork. Original order was paid for on 07 April 2026.

Great Company
Great service, brilliant company and product is value for money compared to other companies who offer the same product.Jack is very knowledgeable and helpful and I’m delighted with my new stairs. I was sent the wrong colour laminate and this was dispatched immediately at no extra cost. I am not disappointed!
