Ordered 2xsamples of the wall slatting, one in blue and one green. They’re both beautiful colours and really good quality so I’m having to make up my mind which to choose!
Service was excellent as the first samples didn’t arrive and some nice gentleman ordered them again for me which came the next day. 👍

Poor quality, delay in answering. Poor organise

We ordered our floor from the Cheadle store and Ollie was fantastic. He was really helpful from the start and offered us some really good advice and tips which helped us make the right decision. We used the fitting service and everything went to plan and the quality of the work is really good. I would certainly recommend the Cheadle store.

Goods delivery

Items purchased is great but delivery was very poor, whether it was the choice of transporter but it has taken 3 days later than given dateand delivery did not arrive until 06-03-26 when I it would be 04-03 and themn 005-03 meaning that we had to stay available on both dates.

Ordered with 3-5 days delivery. After a week, only because I emailed to chase the order, I was informed that the delivery is more likely to be 3 weeks.

In reply to your response, I’ve checked my emails and junk and can’t find any email from you on 27th Feb or any other date to give me this information. I didn’t know the delivery time was likely to be 3 weeks (not 2) until you replied to my email asking what had happened.

Ok my apologies, I can now see you did email next day to say likely to be 2 weeks delivery, I genuinely couldn’t find this in my search. Upgraded the review to a 3 in view of this, but still disappointing that the website said 3-5 days delivery when I ordered which it clearly isn’t. Thanks though for getting back to me and apologies again for the error my end.

Very good follow up customer care after initial online purchase

Ordered some samples which arrived very quickly - it makes it a lot easier to decide on flooring when you can check how the different types look in place.

I paid deposit over the phone to hold 7 boxes of flooring in Belfast store as I was told there was only 24 in stock and it was a deleted line,I said that I would be in on the Saturday morning to see flooring and if I liked it to also collect.When I arrived at store on the Saturday morning I was advised that no orders would be fulfilled as there were no warehouse staff.i was also asked to call back early the following week to see if there was any stock left,I felt at the very least the call should have been from the shop to me.i do have to stress that the two staff I dealt with were both professional and in no way rude or unpleasant,however it is not a positive experience to take the time to call to a store on the understanding that an item you have left a deposit for will be available to collect only to be told not only is it not available to collect,but it also may be sold out.
I subsequently requested a refund and cancelled the order.

Really pleased with the sample provided and the all process offered by ordering. Overall all very pleased.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in store. Oak engineered wooden floor is gorgeous. Floor fitter spent a lot of time confirming details so it is a very professional and high quality installation.

After 2 weeks u still haven't received my samples that I paid for!

Recently purchased herringbone flooring from falcon Rd store. Geoff and all the staff were extremely pleasant and very professional. John who was recommended by Geoff to fit flooring was superb, he was punctual, pleasant and extremely tidy. A great experience all round. Thanks
