I am awaiting a quote but their prices seem very reasonable against some of the other places I have looked and its a local company which is very important to me.

I got sent two samples instead of three as one out of stock but I was disappointed I didn’t get a similar replacement and also the samples I did get were so small that I couldn’t get an idea if I liked it in the rooms I want to lay it.

So far so good!! All samples delivered within a reasonable time, unlike some!! All requests have been met. Yet to make a decision , but those samples received appear to of good quality and finish.

Excellent advice on type of plank required for look I wanted. Good size sample. Order was kept until I needed it and then sent out, unfortunately the courier company let TWF Co down and order was delayed, however David sorted and was only a day late. My joiner said flooring was good quality and easy to fit. Overall the floor looks great fitted and I would not hesitate to recommend The Wood Flooring Co.

Very disappointing experience- company has no care for customer service - even after their error. Placed a large order on 13th May, was told all in stock and offered a delivery date. They emailed 15th to say something not correct in stock held in the warehouse and hence delayed until after 22 May. Lost time at work and lost fitter. But I thought OK this can happen and asked for delivery before end of May, was told no problems for 30th or 31st. Company called on 26th to ask me to either pay more for delivery for 30th and they could not guarantee delivery for 31st. Even though delay was their fault. Have decided to cancel whole order as trust is broken... lost faith that after service would be rubbish. Earlier posts also express poor logistics.... please avoid this company as they break agreements.

Let down by choice of courier. One week later still no floor and delivery was expensive but I do appreciate my order was less than the minimum order value.
