Can’t fault them
Super helpful and really knowledgeable! I also really value that they put the amount of stock that they are currently holding on the website, as it makes it really easy to see whether you can get everything you need. I also loved that they offered next day delivery - this was so appreciated!

I see that you ordered a free sample from us on 24th. I have looked into this and can confirm it was dispatched by us the next day. We do say that the samples can take up to 5 working days to arrive with you, so hopefully you have received it now. If not please do give us a call or drop us an email and we will be more than happy to send you a further sample free of charge.

I would just like to thank the team at The Wood Flooring Co for the exceptional service from the start right to the very end. It really was a stress free process.
The samples came nice and quickly and then when I decided on the Penzance oak that to came speedily.
Overall I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience and the end result and quality of the engineered wood, it looks superb.
Would defiantly recommend!!
