Never used a company like this before , very happy with the holiday and the transfer staff abroad were outstanding , the team in England were a tiny bit slow with correspondence sometimes but would recommend and use again

Trip across Canada.
We knew, roughly, what we wanted but THG with thier expert knowledge, excellent connections and insight into timing of good deals put together an excellent 4 week trip across Canada for us. Each hotel picked was excellent, not just in comfort and quality but also in location. All transfers booked and excursions were brilliant ( I believe they use Jonview for these). We enjoyed every minute and it was stress free as the detail was just perfect. Even after putting the itinerary together they allowed us time to review, change and add items which made our experience just what we were after. Thank you Kerry and all at THG Holidays.

Highly recommended company
I can highly recommend this company, especially Kerry Thomas who works in the Swansea branch.
We booked a bespoke 4 city west course USA holiday and asked Kerry to recommend hotels, car hire etc.
She gave us a number of options tailored to our budget, and when we selected our preferences, she booked everything from flights, transfers, hotels and car hire.
Everything was top drawer and we didn’t experience any issues.
It was also reassuring to know that had we had an issue we could have contacted THG.
Will definitely use this company again, and ask for Kerry who is a true professional!

We asked THG to personalise a holiday for us in Bali and Lombok. I can't thank them enough for their efficiency and expertise. Everything was organised superbly with the airline, ground transfers and hotels. We loved every minute of our 3 weeks and can't wait to ask THG to organise the next holiday!

Okay package/South Africa-Mauritus
Really good package. However hotel in Johannesburg and Moholohol wasn't to our standard.
There were no lifts at Tower Hotel at Johannesburg so you had to carry bags upstairs. Food was ordered from outside which weren't that good. Staff are very helpful. If I was booking this trip I wouldn't have used this hotel. There are lots more good hotels near airport.
Forest Lodge was dirty. not much variety for vegetarians. Don't expect to go for a walk anywhere by the lodge as it's unsafe because of roaming animals.
6 hours drive from Johannesburg to Forest Lodge which was very tiring.
Kruger park experience was wonderful and beyond our expectation.
It would've been perfect if THG had selected better hotels.

However, we are disappointed to learn that your hotel in Johannesburg and Moholoholo fell short of your expectations in terms of the standard which resulted in a four-star review rather than a five-star review.

From start to finish a great holiday.
From start to finish this was a well organised holiday. We were met at each stage by friendly informative guides who looked after us well. The accommodation was excellent especially Spice Garden Hoi An, and the hotel in Cambodia. Flight transfers went smoothly snd we were always met at the airport on time. A great trip thank you.

Golfing trip to Spain
THG holidays recently booked the Hotel Orange in Benidorm for a group of 20 travelling on a golfing trip.
Nothing was to much trouble and everything run to perfection.
